Mr Payne and Hiley Mazda worked with me to get the car I wanted including dealer installed options at my pace. They are "no hassle". I purchased with the COSTCO program and COSTCO required them to set up wanted including dealer installed options at my pace. They are "no hassle". I purchased with the COSTCO program and COSTCO required them to set up an appointment with me so that was the only hiccup, COSTCO was telling them to hassle me. Mr Payne and I worked that out and I will provide feedback to COSTCO to stop that hassling on their end. I had special needs on financing and title as well as assurance the warranty would be honored in Mexico. Hiley Mazda worked to resolve each issue. Having just experienced an unsatisfying sales experience at a nearby dealer we went to Hiley Mazda today. We were not sure we wanted to buy today. They made the sale. Then to top it off, Blake in Finance was highly knowledgeable and entertaining and friendly.
