I was able to get the vehicle (VW Jetta Hybrid) in the color and interior I wanted. Keith Robinett and the Sales Manager were able to find the vehicle elsewhere and get the vehicle here in a couple of da color and interior I wanted. Mr Keith had been working with me for months. He was very patient and helped me pick out the perfect Mazda 3. He even came up on a Sunday so I could test drive the car. We love our new Mazda CX-9! Our buying experience was very seamless, pleasant and transparent thanks to Keith Robinette. From the moment we arrived at the dealership Keith gave us his undivided attentio very seamless, pleasant and transparent thanks to Keith Robinette. From the moment we arrived at the dealership Keith gave us his undivided attention. He was especially helpful in explaining the "tech" part of the car - like taking time to demonstrate the bluetooth feature. We were given an excellent trade-in price on our Envoy - (I had already check the KBB value before coming out) and a fair price on the CX9. Keith is professional and warm - yet believable - in his approach and we could immediately understand why his credenza is filled with salesman of the month awards. I assume that means he has lots of referral business, and we will certainly encourage our friends and family to visit Hiley Mazda and work with Keith Robinette. We also enjoed meeting Matt Meyer - the manager/owner. He runs a "new age" dealership in Huntsville- no remnants of the "old school" car lot with the terror of "commission hawking" and slick talkers. Everyone in the showroom was very friendly and supported each other like team members. Obviously, we enjoyed our experience at Hiley Mazda. More

He also helped me have a great experience for my first car trade in with extra recommendations from window tints to setting up my car Bluetooth headset. Not only that he didn't try to push on a car i didn't need nor did he not hesitate to tell me what was a better deal overall out of all my choices to get the more dollar i was spending. To top it all off he brought me my car when it was ready fully detailed with a full tank of gas. :) He continue to recommend his services for anything i needed if i had any other questions or wanted to service my car in the future. I recommend that if you are thinking about buying a Mazda or getting any service for your vehicle, to please ask for Keith Robinett you won't be disappointed whether you purchase a car or not. More

I gave this rating a perfect score beacause it was the best possible car buying experience I have ever had. I did my best not to test drive, because the sales people before make me nervous, and usualy pu best possible car buying experience I have ever had. I did my best not to test drive, because the sales people before make me nervous, and usualy put a lot of pressure on me during the test drive. I expressed my concerns about test driving to Earl, and he explained to me that to really get a feel for the vehicle, a test drive was neccessary. He made me feel really comfortable about the test drive. In fact, he offered to drive the vehicle to a relatively secluded spot, where there was not much traffic at all, and then let me drive. That approach really worked well for me. Turns out I loved the vehicle and ended up buying it. I cannot say enough good things about Earl. He is very personable, and really took the time to get to know me and develop a rapport with me and my father. He answered any and every question that I had (I had done research, and compared a few vehicles online). Earl told me the differences in a few comparison vehicles, without bad mouthing the other ones. Very knowledgable. At times he had to explain things more than once, that I didn't understand. He was very patient while I was asking all my questions. During the test drive, I actually felt comfortable, because Earl did not even talk about the car we were driving much, except to show me some features. We all chatted (me, my father, and Earl) about normal stuff. I learned about his family and that he was from New York, and we told him about ours, as well as discussing the unnecessary need for turnabouts. No pressure at all. After all was said and done, and I had purchased the vehicle, Earl went over all the manuals, introduced us to all the departments (service, parts, etc) he gave me the opportunity to ask questions, and then helped me get situated in my new vehicle (set up my bluetooth, and navigation, went over all the controls, etc). He then told us if we needed anything, to give him a call, and he'd be able to help. The most impressive thing about Earl was that before we left, he told us that he was not only our car salesman, but he was our buddy. For example, if the car is getting serviced and we need a ride somewhere, he'd be the one taking us, with a smile. I really do feel like Earl Is my buddy! It seems like the whole Hiley team is that way, too. Blake in financing was very nice, funny, and super helpful, answering questions, and explaining all the forms. He even got me a lower interest rate then what the lender had initially offered. As I said before, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, my new CX-5 is AMAZING, and I would recommend this dealer to anybody, any day! It seems that Hiley Mazda Huntsville is one big family and it shows by the way everybody treat their customers, and each other! More
