Keith is a Rockstar I have been leasing a 2015 Mazda CX-5, which Keith helped me with. This may or may not be a great analogy, but to me, Keith is like an excellent wait I have been leasing a 2015 Mazda CX-5, which Keith helped me with. This may or may not be a great analogy, but to me, Keith is like an excellent waiter. He is never in your face or in your way, but as soon as you have a question, he's right there with the answer. He doesn't wait until you've just taken a bite and ask you how everything tastes in passing. He never interrupts your conversation to recite the day's specials. He just makes you feel calm, comfortable, and as though things are under control. He really seems to understand what it's like to be in the market for a vehicle, and he's ready to help you by supplying the information you need to make an informed decision. If you're like me, you do your research before you ever contact a dealership (which is probably why you're reading this). When I talk to somebody like Keith, I already have some idea of what I want, but I probably have a few more questions. I also just want to actually experience the vehicle and get a feel for it. Keith does an excellent job of giving you all the information you need and all the space you need to let things sink in. In my case I knew what I wanted and why, and I was ready to move quickly. I was in and out within just a few hours, largely thanks to Keith's knowledge, professionalism, and easy-going style. He even helped me get my phone synced up with the vehicle after the sale was all done and I was ready to drive off. It was calm, relaxed, AND quick.
