Keith is great to work with, only reason we bought was Keith Hiley owns the Mazda, VW and Audi dealerships. I met Keith while looking for a 2015 TDI Passat. He took my number OEM and month later called me saying Hiley owns the Mazda, VW and Audi dealerships. I met Keith while looking for a 2015 TDI Passat. He took my number OEM and month later called me saying he had a few for me to check out. No pressure, no rush. He was great to work with. While making our purchase we decided to finance through VW. We liked our financince person, Greg. He didn't provide a good faith in lending statement but did show us our interest rate and payment plan. We have excellent credit, got a rate below 3%. The only reason I would not give hiley 5 stars is the communication and service department. The Mazda service department will never see a vehicle from me again. We decided to sell our beloved Mazda 6 because it repeated problems with the service department quality, timeliness and communication. We had our Passat for 30 days now. Just had it in for a front end shake at the VW service department. Received it back the next day with a alignment sheep that still shows the car out of spec. ....we will try it again.... and see how this goes. Best car transaction I have ever been involved with! I live in Chattanooga and at the time I was looking to purchase a new car when did not have a functioning Mazda dealer. I had settled on the Mazda CX- I live in Chattanooga and at the time I was looking to purchase a new car when did not have a functioning Mazda dealer. I had settled on the Mazda CX-5 as a replacement vehicle for my 2010 Jetta TDI Sportwagen that I sold back to VW because of emissions scandal. Anyway, I contacted (by phone) all the Mazda dealers with a 150 mile radius of Chattanooga and told them precisely what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Keith was the only dealer that worked with me without making me jump through hoops or make me hold while he talked with business manager. We made a deal right there and then, I put down a deposit over the phone and several days later he delivered to car to me in Kimball, TN which was half-way for both of us. I just could not believe how easy Keith made the process. When I bought the 2010 VW new the transaction took nearly six hours arduous hours. In the future I will always deal with Keith Robinett! More

My sales person, Ileah Glenn, was a pleasure to work with; no pressure, worked with me to find the right sweet spot of a deal for me. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle--2017 Mazda CX-5. The finance guy was also no pressure; got through finance faster than I ever thought possible. I would highly recommend you take a look at a Hiley car before making a car buying decision. More

In this case, I knew what I wanted, was pre-approved, and had already selected the vehicle on the lot that I wanted to see. Through a phone call and email I arranged to have the car brought to my place of work for a test drive. Tairon had all the paperwork ready for me when he got here (he knew that I was pressed for time). After the drive he took the car back and completed the paperwork. Called me when it was all ready for me to sign and came back to get me at work. The whole process could not have been simpler! It was a great experience and I get a really good deal! Michael Pauley was Great! Hiley Mazda was NOT. As my title suggests, Michael Pauley, the salesperson who sold me the car, is the best salesperson at Hiley Mazda. He was very informative and extreme As my title suggests, Michael Pauley, the salesperson who sold me the car, is the best salesperson at Hiley Mazda. He was very informative and extremely helpful to me when I bought my car. But Hiley Mazda was terrible in terms of service to me. I had to trade in my vehicle and wanted to cancel the Service Contract and Gap Coverage I bought on my car. I had moved out of state and took me repeated phone calls just to get the cancellation initiated. Once I sent them all the required documents, it them 3 months to send me the check for Service Contract Cancellation and 5 months for sending the check for GAP coverage cancellation. I was especially displeased with the Greg Wallace in accounting who was never available for answering the call and cared little about returning my calls. Michael helped me out every single time and went out of his way to get me my money. Poor guy had to even listen to my calls where I was clearly frustrated with the treatment I was receiving from Hiley Mazda. I had to call the bank, RoadVantage (company that sold the GAP coverage) and all suggested that I should call the dealership since they had already received the check. The only problem was that they did not intend to send me the money. The 4 stars for Friendliness is for Michael. Sadly, the others brought down the rating a bit.
