Sam was wonderful, patient, transparent and knowledgeable. I’ve never owned a Mazda before this but I LOVE my car and when I was having issues connecting to CarPlay, I called Sam that evening a knowledgeable. I’ve never owned a Mazda before this but I LOVE my car and when I was having issues connecting to CarPlay, I called Sam that evening and she answered and walked me through the entire process. As my husband and I had two horrible experiences at other dealerships, we were very hesitant about trying again but Sam made it easy and enjoyable! Oh and we can’t forget Chris in the Finance department… he was also wonderful and patient and walked me through all my questions. What a great team at Hiley Mazda!!! More
Apart from being escorted by the manager of this dealership from the parking lot, I was amazed on how I was welcomed by Ms Samantha. She was all smiles from the beginning of our conversation until I dealership from the parking lot, I was amazed on how I was welcomed by Ms Samantha. She was all smiles from the beginning of our conversation until I left the dealership. She did her job on convincing me to get the car I wanted. She is an asset to this dealership. Hiley Mazda of Fort Worth was the first dealership I went to after I turned in my last lease. I was unsure if i would be able to afford a new car but Samantha assured me I would be able to get a car. I didn' to after I turned in my last lease. I was unsure if i would be able to afford a new car but Samantha assured me I would be able to get a car. I didn't only get the car I loved I got the car payment that I could afford. Samantha kept in contact with me from the first visit and she was so kind, funny and helpful. I wasn't in the dealership all day and I drove away with a brand new CX-5. I am so blessed to have walked into this dealership. Thank you Sam and Hiley Mazda of Fort Worth!! More

This is for the used car section. Found great reviews online so it is disappointing to write this but perhaps the reviews are mostly for the new car buying experience. Salesperson was Found great reviews online so it is disappointing to write this but perhaps the reviews are mostly for the new car buying experience. Salesperson was polite and only lightly pushy. I sat down and let them know I was interested in the car, verified they had it, verified they accepted my financing, test drove it (I declined bc it was so new but they said they required me to before they could give me the final cost/breakdown). I let them know before we did anything that I was prepared to pay the full asking price, didn't need any packages and I could sign same day. Dragged it out for an hour, kept asking for breakdown. Finally got it and it has a "care package" for ~$2000. I declined. Tim tried to pitch it (super nice polite). I explained I had zero interest and if was required that I would not waste his time or mine. He explained it is a big value and then went to talk to the manager that they should be able to figure it out. Came back, they will give it to me for $500 only. Briefly spoke to a skinny white guy, manager. Not much said, polite. I declined. I left (was still on a customer visit for work in the area). Came back because I was assured they would figure it out. Came back. Different manager came in and was huffy and pissy, this one was balding and had a big beer belly or was really fat. Pretty much barked at me that it was part of the price. I tried talking to him and he cut me off twice and he said I would have to do their financing or accept the package. I smile at him. He smiled and said ok you two talk it out. I left. I can pay it. I shouldn't have to. The whole transaction felt very dishonest but the most upsetting was how much of my time they wasted. More
Need to replace the shifter switch in my Mazda CX-5 after much research amazon price is $21.00. Ridge in the parts department just told me it does not come as a separate part but as an entire unit for over much research amazon price is $21.00.
