Sam was wonderful, patient, transparent and knowledgeable. I’ve never owned a Mazda before this but I LOVE my car and when I was having issues connecting to CarPlay, I called Sam that evening a knowledgeable. As my husband and I had two horrible experiences at other dealerships, we were very hesitant about trying again but Sam made it easy and enjoyable!
