Ryan S. greeted me with a hand-shake & smile and it was all business thereafter. I shared with him what I was looking for and he delivered. The conversation never once felt like a "sales pitch", his concern was about finding me a car I would enjoy and feel comfortable in. Ryan could not have been anymore more professional nor friendlier. Ryan was not a typical car salesman...he was very easy to work with and again I never felt pressured into anything...he took extreme pleasure in knowing Mazda vehicles and assisting me in understanding the ins and outs of my new vehicle. My purchase began with an internet request for price quote which Quincey and Keith each responded to with speed, accuracy, and sincerity. Within a week I was driving down to Arlington to trade in my old Kia (at a very fair price) toward my beautiful new Mazda3. Very impressed with these guys! Thanks Keith and Quincey! More
Quincey is AWESOME! I actually came to the Hiley Mazda dealership for service on my Tribute and had no intentions of purchasing that day. But I mentioned to Joe Marquez I actually came to the Hiley Mazda dealership for service on my Tribute and had no intentions of purchasing that day. But I mentioned to Joe Marquez that I wanted to speak to a sales rep. He promised he would find someone trustworthy. The service department very promptly finished my brake job so Joe talked me into staying a few minutes until the sales people arrived. Quincey was there bright and early with a smile. To sum things up, he was very focused, friendly and patient with me as I made up my mind whether to purchase. Pushy salespeople get on my nerves so I wasn't looking forward to the process at all. However Quincey was the perfect sales associate for me. He is almost the same age as my son so he gave me the proper amount of respect and he patiently answered all my questions. I had no idea I would have a new car in my garage that day but having Quincey as a sales associate and Ernesto as the finance person sealed the deal for me. If it had been any other sales associate I probably would have continued to window shop. Quincey also showed a tremendous amount of respect (and kudos to Ernesto for his response to assist Quincey) when I was wrapping up my paperwork and one of your female employees in another room was (in my opinion) very rude to Quincey for no apparent reason. Quincey responded in a very professional manner. He should be commended for that because as a 53 year old woman, I couldn't say at all that I would have done the same. :-) I just want to encourage Quincey to stay focused, finish school and continue to make that lemonade whenever life gives him lemons! He is a great asset to your organization. More

Would recommend dealership and salesman I came across Hiley Mazda via my insurance provider, GEICO. Essentially, I found information about some cars and then inquired through GEICO's service I came across Hiley Mazda via my insurance provider, GEICO. Essentially, I found information about some cars and then inquired through GEICO's service for matches to my inquiries. I did this on a Saturday, and Monday morning I had a call first thing from Quincey Martin, a sales associate with Hiley Mazda. He mentioned a car that would fit within my parameters and we set up a time to come look at it, along with a couple of alternatives. Mr. Martin was extremely helpful leading up to my arrival at the dealership -- texting me with information, but not overdoing it. We got right to business when I got there and looked at the Mazda 6 we had spoken about. Mr. Martin made me, a 25-year-old buying a car on his own for the first time, very comfortable without pressuring me but still providing pertinent information. After test driving the car, which was listed fairly and was in good condition, I made my numbers clear to Mr. Martin, and we started to talk deals. We had a final price ready within about 10 minutes. I could tell he was willing to work with me to give me a fair price, and I wanted to work with him because of the professionalism, courtesy and rapport we developed. Both he and Hiley Mazda did a great job of making the car-buying process as stress-free as possible. More

I must say that team of professionals as follows Mr.Diggs Sales Mgr and Terry Mosley helped me on Friday 5/23/14.This initial visit was too check out a new Mazda6.i sport auto and 6spd manual. And to also get some pricing on these cars.I returned on memorial day late that night 30 min before closing and met with Mr.Rodney Gayle once again showing me great service ,and why this dealership stands apart from others i want mention.Needless to say we finalized a car deal. And to my surprise Ms. Kathy McKinney in finance dept. made the finalizing of this deal soo easy I was greatly appreciative. T On Monday, May 19, 2014, my wife and I purchased a "like new" 2009 MercuryLS Ultimate Edition from Hiley Mazda-VW in Arlington, Texas. This was the first "used car" we had purchased in over 40 years, so we were naturally apprehensive. Added to the fact that we live 320 miles away made me even more nervous, in spite of having seen the pictures that we posted on the Internet as well as the video sent to us on Utube. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by the saleslady, Kimberly Hogan as well as her manager, Matt Tero. They did everything they promised on the phone and were extremely gracious, as was everyone else we came in contact with at the dealership. This was truly an enjoyable experience and we both want to thank Kimberly for her honesty, patience, and graciousness in dealing with a couple of senior citizens. More
Wonderful experience out of mayhem I love my 2012 Mazda 5 Grand Touring Van. I bought mine a few years earlier from another dealership. It drives like a dream. It fits my tall torso and I love my 2012 Mazda 5 Grand Touring Van. I bought mine a few years earlier from another dealership. It drives like a dream. It fits my tall torso and give me great back support while driving around town. Plus, I like its safety, design, features, and ergonomics. The Mazda 5 grand touring van is just an outstanding vehicle. The only bad thing I can say about it is that I wish I had bought one sooner. So, when I got rear ended in my Mazda 5 Van early one Saturday morning, I was very unhappy to lose the use of the van I enjoy driving so much for at least a month. Sorry, but with your head gets jammed into most every ceiling of a car, driving a rental, even if the other guy is paying for it, just doesn't appeal to you. The afternoon of my accident, before I got a rental, I contacted Kimberly Hogan via online chat and found out that Hiley did factory quality collision repairs and had an in house factory representative who would make sure I got the best repair job done at who does their fantastic dealership repairs, Factory Collision Repair, located in Haltham City. Concerned about the value of my car after the accident, I asked Kimberly if she would appraise my vehicle which she did for free. In the course of our online chat, we talked to me about a link on their website to a used Mazda 5 they had on their lot that looked to be in almost the same condition as my undamaged grey van, only red. Because of a prior accident, I was well aware that any insurance company could easily decide to total my car and I would be forced into getting a replacement right away. Kimberly did a good job answering my questions. Later, her associate, Robert graciously followed up and called me to see how I was doing and then talked to me what I would need to do to get the van over to them to be repaired. Luckily, I could drive it. Of, course, I couldn't drive it if it was raining. I got it in to Hiley just before a rain storm. After I dropped off my van on Monday to be repaired, while waiting for a rental car, Robert Leeper came over to introduce himself to me and see how I was doing. Knowing my concern about the possibility my van might be totaled, he let me take a look at their used Mazda 5 van and quietly held it aside until the insurance company came back with their verdict just in case my van was totaled leaving me with no vehicle. That was a very nice thing for him to do. Right away, I was immediately struck by the quality of a certified pre-owned Mazda 5. Not only that, I really liked the fact that it had an extended warranty which would cover the van for 12 months, 12,000 miles after it sold. My Mazda 5 van had just come out of warranty at 37,000 miles and I was lamenting not having an extended warranty on my van. Their appraiser then did an appraisal of my van later that day and I had good information that would help in evaluating the car insurance company estimate. In Hiley's appraisal, they found that I had taken such good care of my van, that the two vans were the same value ( except for the accident of course ). Then Robert went one step further which he didn't have to do. He made a very attractive offer for my van as is with the damage saying they would take over getting the van repaired and back in service if it would help me get on the road faster. Once I got the estimate from the insurance adjuster and saw how much they were going to give me, I realized that I would really be happier in Hiley's van and it was a color I really had grown to like. Plus, the cost differential was so very little because of the trade in value Hiley offered me that I really had nothing to lose. All that remained was the sales tax. And even then, I learned then that I would have a very low sales tax due to the trade in of my van. The numbers just added up to it being a good choice to let them take my van, repair, and for me to drive their pre-owned certified van off the lot. After I said yes, it was all so easy. Hiley took over and handled getting me the check from the insurance company transferred over to me, took my van in trade, and I was out the door in a few hours in a van I really enjoy driving. The only thing I had to do was to loan myself the minor difference while I waited a few days for Hiley to get me the insurance money. It wasn't very long before Eric called me and I drove over, picked up my check, and paid off the temporary loan of funds. And, if I was ever concerned about the check getting there, Kimberly made sure the process was moving along. Her attention to my needs after the sale were every bit as consciousnesses as before the sale. I never felt like I was just some guy that they got to drive off the lot with a van and that they could forget. I must say that Kimberly Hogan and Robert Leeper's willingness to work with me in what I am sure is not an every day occurrence really blessed me and my family. Instead of arguing with an insurance company over the fine details of what needed to be done, I walked away with a van that had a much better warranty on it. Instead of worrying about the repair process, I drove off the lot with a quality van. To top it all off, on the day I purchased my red van, I found out that I could extend its warranty with a really good 100,000 mile warranty that would protect my little gem of a van for a long time to come. An accident is something that happens to you that you don't want and is a major inconvenience. A serendipity is something that happens to you and you get something extraordinarily conveniencel when you weren't expecting it that makes life much easier. Hiley turned my rear end accident into a serendipity in so many ways! Thank you Kimberly Hogan and Robert Leeper! Thank you Hiley! This was one of the nicest car buying experiences I have ever had in a very long time. More
