My husband and I went to lease two cars and he answered every question I could think of. I also liked that he treated my husband and I as equal, even though, my husband was the main negotiator. The team also stayed very late to finish our lease. We came in Friday before closing and they stayed past 11 p.m. The team is awesome and Ernesto Diaz is always a pleasure to work with, he wants you to get the best deal and makes it possible for you to leave happy. More

Relaxed, cheerful atmosphere. I walked into this Mazda dealership to get repairs on my 2010 Miata and walked away with a brand new 2016 Miata. I met Jorge Ruiz while I was waiting I walked into this Mazda dealership to get repairs on my 2010 Miata and walked away with a brand new 2016 Miata. I met Jorge Ruiz while I was waiting. I had thought about trading in my Miata for a newer one, but thought it would be too much trouble to go through the process. From the time I walked into the dealership, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed, so when Jorge approached me about considering a new model, I was ready to talk. He was knowledgable, friendly and honest about my options, both pros and cons. No way would I have considered buying a new car had I felt pressured or manipulated in any way. I never felt one bit of pressure from Mr. Ruiz and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge about the car I was purchasing. Since I purchased my new car, I've contacted Mr. Ruiz with various questions, and I've never once had to leave a message or call back. He's alway there. He strongly expressed time and again, that I needed ANYTHING, all I had to do was call the office, his cell or text him. He's made me feel confident in my choice and certain that I can depend on him for anything regarding the purchase of my vehicle. He is extremely friendly and personable, and for the first time ever, because of the way he's gone above and beyond to make sure I didn't feel like I was on my own once I walked out of the dealership, I feel I've met a salesperson who has my best interest at heart and that I can trust his opinions. Hernandez new Mazda3 I came in to get a new key for my 2014 Mazda 3 & didn't plan on getting a new car, but Mike showed me new 2016 Mazda 3 & got my payments the same. & I I came in to get a new key for my 2014 Mazda 3 & didn't plan on getting a new car, but Mike showed me new 2016 Mazda 3 & got my payments the same. & I don't have to get the damage fixed on my older car. My experience with Jeff was excellent! Jeff was a very nice Jeff worked hard to get my business. I was more than pleased with his work with me. I cannot say as much for Kevin. I did express my frustration with him when I picked up my car for delivery. I don't like being placated and I feel Kevin was placating while explaining why my car was still being "made ready" for pickup. Jeff had gone ABOVE AND BEYOND regarding having my car ready by my 1:00 pm appointment time. Shelby was also very competent and professional. Great experience with Shelby. Kevin just needs to cut the BS and stop trying to cover that the make ready DEPT messed up. It all turned out ok in the end and I luv my car. Give JEFF and SHELBY a RAISE. More
