After some extensive research on a chore I usually like to avoid...I made a Tuesday morning appointment with Jorge to test drive two different Mazda After some extensive research on a chore I usually like to avoid...I made a Tuesday morning appointment with Jorge to test drive two different Mazda models. Prior to my appointment I was contacted by Kevin and Jorge to confirm my appointment (great follow up skills btw). Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Kevin who introduced me to Jorge. I came prepared with knowledge of price range and options I wanted for my vehicle. I test drove two models. Jorge was concise and patient with my MANY questions. He took the time to go over every detail on both models. I made up my mind on which one I would be choosing later. I had no intentions of purchasing that day. He was able to make me an offer I could not refuse which entailed more options than I originally budgeted for. Jorge is passionate and enthusiastic about his job. I took up most of his morning and he remained pleasant at all times. No high pressure sales tactics and was clear on what he could and could not do. This dealership is unique. Everyone I encountered was positive and seemed to enjoy being there. That speaks volumes to their management. Hope to stay with the Hiley Mazda family for future purchases. "Best Team Ever" I took my 2007 CX-7 into the service department for what I had hope was for some minor repairs, but when Jeff, from the service department called me b I took my 2007 CX-7 into the service department for what I had hope was for some minor repairs, but when Jeff, from the service department called me back it was going to cost around $4800 dollars to repair my vehicle. Well, being a single parent with a daughter in college I was prepared to air up by bicycle tires. When I arrived to pick up my poor vehicle, Jeff introduced me to Mike Wilkerson, (aka Mustache Mike) in the sales department. Even though I had to drag the purchase out for over a month from the test drive to the purchase and most of the contact was by phone or text when we arrived to complete the purchase everything was as agreed and very low pressure. Hiley Mazda was excellent to work with and we will definitely continue the relationship in the future. Rocky Santiago was our salesman and was truly a pleasure to work with and I will seek out his assistance in my future purchases. Shelby Siegman took care of us in the finance department and the portion of the purchase I usually hate she was able to make it very enjoyable. More
