Care Salesman Myth Debunked!!! I guess we all know the running joke that car salesman are the slime of the Earth. I had basically resigned myself to the belief that no matter where I guess we all know the running joke that car salesman are the slime of the Earth. I had basically resigned myself to the belief that no matter where I went to get a car I would not truly be taken care of and have my needs put first. How glad I am that I decided to walk into Hiley Mazda of Arlington! Trust me read to the end! Brad Craven was my salesman and I took my test drive with him in the Mazda6 I was looking for. I can honestly say Brad was a great help in going over some of the features of the car and getting me everything I need. He was never pushy trying to sell me but rather recognized that I'm obviously there because I'm interested and that he if just serves me and helps me get the terms I need the sell will come. It feels good to be treated as a person rather than a $ sign. Ryan was also helpful and making sure I understood all the paperwork needed, and Kevin was a friendly presence throughout. I had a lot of options I wanted to get put on so they hooked me up with a loaner while my care was getting upgraded. All good so far, but here's the part that truly put this dealership over the top for me. When I had the loaner out, unfortunately, I lost the keyless starter fob. It was completely my fault and I had resigned myself to the fate of having to pay a few hundred bucks for a replacement. I came back to the dealership informed them of the issue and expressed my willingness (bordering on eagerness) to pay for it. However, Kevin told me that they would take care of it on the house and didnt charge me a dime. I couldn't believe what was happening even as I was walking out the door, my wallet just as heavy as it was when I came in. All in all, I would heavily recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new car. And I would definitely come here again in the future. Hopefully Kevin, Brad, and Ryan are still working here 10 years from now :) when I anticipate my next car purchase will be. More

From sales, finance, to service and management. I was tended to and never felt belittled or forced. Talked down to and feeling forced are Things that are a big deal breakers in my book. Brad, our salesman, was so helpful from the begining he ensured us that he'd do his best to help us out. Regardless of the fact that they were filming a commercial or that he didn't have a desk yet, he still seemed to accommodate our needs and keep our wishes in mind. Needless to say we drove off in our dream car without making any compromises. Brad listen to what we were looking for and somehow made it possible for us. I would highly recommend this dealership and use it in the future; and would also recommend Brad as your salesman.
