I was very nervous having no established credit or co-signer thinking there was no way I was going to get approved for a car, not only did Mike help me find a car I LOVE but Gregg also helped me get an interest rate which was literally half of what every other dealership i went to was trying to give me. When looking for the perfect car Mike was so helpful and extremely thourough and made sure the car had everything I wanted. I felt very comfortable and everyone was so helpful!! Mustache Mike helped us in finding our perfect vehicle and for the right price! When walking in everyone was very friendly and welcoming! Once we actually got into the car buying process we were there for awhile (due to a mistake I had made) no one in the office got upset or annoyed at me, they were being funny a cracking jokes, which I adore! Then when we finally got to financing (which is the part I dread) it went so smoothly! Marty was hilarious and made the whole process enjoyable! The thing I really like about Hiley Mazda is everyone is so friendly! They act like they want to get to know there customers and that is what my husband and I loved! Purchased Used Mazda I saw a very well taken care of 2005 Mazda 6 online at this dealership and took my little sister to test drive it. Since it's her first car we had a budget we couldn't go over. Andy helped us and the manager was able to accept our offer the next day. Because we went back to the dealership 15 minutes before closing Andy was no longer there, but Mustache Mike helped us. It was a very easy, smooth process. My sister is very happy with her first car, and we are very happy we didn't go over our budget! More

They offered a lot of incentives if we bought the car right then. The manager that worked with me told me he could get my payments where I wanted them with a certain down payment. I asked if it would chang my payments much if I did a larger down payment and he said it wasnt worth it, that he would make my payments where i wanted them even if he had to play with the numbers.. However when I got in the back to sign paperwork they asked for that larger down payment that he originally advised against and he didn't adjust the numbers. That was frustrating...other than that the experience was pleasant and easy. Carlos was very sweet and professional. More
