After car shopping for several weeks, I came into the dealership looking to trade in my ’15 Ford Escape for a CX-5. Having several (unpleasant) dealership experiences under my belt, I wasn’t expecting such SUPERB customer service. Teresa was an excellent Sales Rep from beginning to end, being attentive to deliver exactly what I was looking for without being pushy. Her and the Sales Manager, Kevin, went to great lengths to earn my business – so much so that their GM, Mark (who looks just like Kevin Costner, mind you) shaved Kevin’s head, per our deal-sealing negotiation. Hilarious! Sarah, too, made financing a trouble-free and simple experience. The staff at Hiley Mazda is genuine in their approach and treats you like a longtime friend. Mike, a highly professional sales man attended to my need and I pretty much bought the car just from the assurance of him on the condition of the car. He processed all the paperwork online for me to get my car without any hassle. In fact their finance department negotiated & got me a lower interest rate than what the Bank offered me. Jane from the Title department deserves a credit for her customer service excellency. My car was in mint condition just as assured by Mike. I'm thankful and happy to have done business with them. The after sales service from the dealership is another aspect they truly need to be appreciated for. Beyond doubt this dealership works with integrity and strives to sell cars at great deals with an amazing customer service experience. Made the purchase so easy! I just moved to the US a few months before so I have zero credit history so I was just really trying if they can accomodate me under their Foreign Pro I just moved to the US a few months before so I have zero credit history so I was just really trying if they can accomodate me under their Foreign Professional Financing Program. But the whole team has worked to make sure I get everything I wanted and more. We got the car that we wanted at great rates! We were able to get the car as soon as we've got everything in order (HINT: preparation is key. make sure you have copies of your financial documents). Donald is a straight stand up guy who assisted us to make sure we get the best rate (even without credit history!). There was a hiccup in canceling the prepaid service agreements but they were able to fix that in less than 2 months. My wife also came back for the installation of the plates and Brad was nice enough to do everything for her while she waits! I've always been a fan of Mazda and will remain as one! More

Upon stepping on the lot I was nervous a sales guy was going to trap us and never let us leave and then we met Mustache Mike! He was awesome. Not off setting at all. He answered all my questions and when I requested an appraisal on my car for trade-in (just so I could have a quote) he was happy to oblige. I told him the minimum I wanted on the car and he met it exactly. At that point, he had my interest in a car they had available. Next thing I know we are negotiating numbers along side Mike's manager, Walter Mentzer, Walter was just as great as Mike. I had one last point of negotiation that I explained to Walter and he understood and worked with me on what I wanted. They worked to EARN my business. After tireless efforts of trying to be taken seriously, it was refreshing to meet these gentlemen! Last but not least, Sarah in financing was the bomb! This whole team stayed at the dealership until 10pm on a Saturday night helping me square away my paperwork and financing. Sarah got me a great rate and even extended her personal cell phone to me should I need to text her with any questions. All in all, if there was a 10 star rating, I would give because shopping for cars is the worst and these people made it a great experience. More
