Both during and after the test drive, Charlotte walked me thru every detail of all the features included with the vehicle. She put me in exactly the car I wanted and never pestered me with anything like, "are you sure you don't want this other one, or that other one..." Was also pleased with the financing department - Donald walked thru every item on the contract before printing it for me to sign. This was the first time I've purchased a car from a dealership where I signed the first copy of a contract because nothing was sneaked in by the finance manager. Overall, this lead to a great experience with the Hiley Mazda dealership. More

I was in a strange situation because I was moving to Texas, but still living in New Jersey, and wanted to have my car registered in Texas. He and his dealership made sure that I was able to do this -- he even drove out to meet me after I had finalized my lease and insurance info to make sure that I could register my car in Texas. Seriously was the easiest experience and we will definitely be buying another car from him! More
