Do not purchase from here! ! They are advertising the price of cars cheaper as a scam to get you in the dealership and then selling cars that are not legally allowed to be sold ! We purchased a car with cash and they tried to charge us $2800 more than the listed price and the car was kept for an inspection and we got it back in terrible condition to the point we have had it back at the dealership multiple times and have now had to pay out of pocket to get a rental car to get a different dealership to help us. Do not waste your money here! I’m going to have to see what next steps I have to take against this company! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! More

JP acted like we were “family”, told us this 2018 Mazda was ready to go, engine was clean, everything was good, no issues, he smooth talked us all the way from Missouri and 6 months later I start having issues with leaking antifreeze and overheated engine warnings popping up. Long story short, there was a tech service bulletin, similar but not the same as a recall, where there was a defect in the cast of the engine block- creating a small crack which subsequently costs almost $7000! Haven’t been able to use my family vehicle for months, had to borrow a car for the holidays from family while making payments on a car I can’t drive- called this dealership and they are rude, tell me and my husband that that vehicle was sold as is, past warranty, nothing they can do. I understand the negative connotation with used car salesmen now! Absolutely horrible and would not recommend buying anything from Hiley Mazda Group. Our salesmen was rushing us, was acting so irritated with us, everyone was rushing us, they lied about changing the batteries in the key fab, they were literally just trying to get the sale and get us out. Too many places out there to be treated like this! Absolute nightmare! More
After doing most of the sale virtually I went to pick up the vehicle. The sales manager, Carlos, told me it was taking longer than expected because they were so kindly going to replace an air compressor for the vehicle. As it turns out they never replaced the air compressor and were stalling to make mechanical repairs to avoid the sale falling through. It was a cam shaft problem. So they sent me out the door knowing there was a problem with the motor. I reached out to the used car sales manager as well as the executive sales manager, neither of which responded. Like I said, bad business. Take your money elsewhere More

I just purchased a CX-30 from Hiley Mazda of Arlington. I worked with salesman Gregory Powell. It was a great experience!! My husband and I had been to 2 other car lots and Mazda was our last stop.
