BEWARE! ! Horrible experience/Nightmare. The Finance Specialist Marcell Bailey is a scammer. He added a $3,650 extended warranty without my consent. My faul ! Horrible experience/Nightmare. The Finance Specialist Marcell Bailey is a scammer. He added a $3,650 extended warranty without my consent. My fault for signing the agreement and not seeing the add on. He stated that, "your vehicle has a warranty" I stated my salesman said that it didn't. He said oh yes it does a 30,000 mile. Dang...wow the vehicle had over 100,000 miles. Next... 5 days later after my discovery of the warranty I contacted the dealership and they transferred me to Kip Gillmore. He stated the warranty could not be removed and that it was a requirement of the finance company. I responded that I would get an attorney to advise me and at that point I was directed to Ron Hughes. Ron stated that he could remove the warranty. Upon hanging up I contacted the finance company they explained the warranty is optional it is not a requirement from them. Next, my financing fell through. I was told to come in to re-sign for a different finance company. Upon arrival Ron demanded that I turn in the key to the vehicle. I explained to him that I had the text messages that Marcel had sent me regarding coming in today to sign the paperwork. He said Marcell was off and that he had just spoken to him and was told that I was returning the vehicle. I asked for an Uber home under the circumstances because I lived 45 miles away, however I was denied. I did agree to return the vehicle after reporting to the police what had transpired. I requested the contract to be canceled infront of the police officer and Ron said, " there is no contract because the finance company did not approve you." I had a friend pick me and my belongings up. 3 hours later I was called by Ron to report that the finance company did approved me. He said "the vehicle is yours if you still want it," I declined on Friday. However, the finance company called me Monday to congratulate me on my new vehicle. The finance company reported that my financing was processed and the funds were sent to the dealership all of this without my knowledge or approval These people are Horrible! Please Please heed my warning. I know that they have over 2,000 reviews I was impressed too, but that was a BIG Mistake. More
Service went from awesome with a great oil change special to rude and trying to up-sell everything and not honoring their own deals on their site. Happened twice. I only gave them a second chance because we to rude and trying to up-sell everything and not honoring their own deals on their site. Happened twice. I only gave them a second chance because we had so much history together I felt like I owed them another shot. This time was even worse. All the bays were open which was never the case before. Looks like they had one tech and two people working the desks. Used to be bustling. Will never return for service or any other business dealing. More
