It took 2 trips, each over an hour long each way to get a deal done that should have been done on the first visit. When the numbers for a new vehicle AT4X was presented to me, the sales rep said I have bad n deal done that should have been done on the first visit. When the numbers for a new vehicle AT4X was presented to me, the sales rep said I have bad news and good news and I said tell me the bad news. Well, the payments are over where you wanted to be by quite a bit. I asked for the good news and the sales rep proudly declared that I got you under the finance amount that you requested. I looked and it was 10k more than what I had put in my email. He went back and found it and said oh, it'll be right back. So no comes the sales manager with all kinds of numbers which were more than I was willing to pay. I required a 90 deferral which would have to come from GM Financial. I was asked if they could check other banks and they said there were only 2 with deferrals and I agreed. I knew one would come back bad because I had tried to prequalify the night before and messed up the application and made it void. I left. I later sent an email to the sales manager as a just curious and gave him some numbers. I don't know where he was getting his payment and finance rates from, but they weren't making sense. He asked what rate I was using, and I said 7.3 and he said no, GM Financial told him it was 7.79% after asking about the advertised rate, he said that is just GM. He then told me he could raise the rates but, isn't able to argue down a rate. I said OK. We had a finance total of 59066.22 with a payment of 922.26 or so. I asked for 350 more on the trade and if we could just go to 5900.00 and he said no to the trade but agreed to the 59000.00. So, I go back up there the 2nd time and get with the finance manager and find out, my deal was set at 7.3% and my payments would be 20 a month less. I also found out that the finance amount was 59066.22 but I didn't care because I was getting a 20 a month less payment. Thank you, Ron. At the end of it all, the sales rep walks up to me with the key(s), well only one. Said the other one was at the tint shop and that they would have to mail it to me. I checked in the next day (Friday) and he finally got the key fob and I asked if he could overnight it to me and he said yes. Saturday comes around and no delivery. Then I get an email from customer service thanking me for the purchase and wanting to make sure I gave a great review of the sales rep. I then asked him to follow up on the key and he said it was sent FedEx and it would be there tonight. It's after 7pm and still nothing. Sales price was fair and reasonable as well as the trade. I did look up my trade and they have it advertised for more than the brand new one I just bought. Go figure. I got the new truck and love it. Thankfully I am far enough away that there are dealers a lot closer for all my service work. You may ask why did I stay with them? Well, it was the best deal for hundreds of miles around (price wise only). Need more room in the customer parking area as well. More

We bought a 2018 GMC Acadia 12/30/23. We found the vehicle on cars.com. When we got to the dealership we found that the wheels had been swapped from silver to black. This was not a big issue because we actually liked the black wheels better. This Acadia was certified pre owned and came with 172 point inspection. Chris Pingel made the purchase process quick and painless as we were trying to make this purchase before the new year and trying to get out of town to be with family for the holidays. I noticed a popping sound coming from the right front while heading home that night from the dealership so we left at home and took a different vehicle out of town. Upon returning from our trip, on 1/4/24 we took the vehicle to our mechanic of 20 years along with the 172 point inspection done by Hiley. It was discovered that the popping sound was a loose strut assembly. They also found that the back wiper blade was trashed. In addition, the tires were 2019 model with good tread depth but dry rotted. I called our salesman Chris Pingel with these findings. Chris had me bring the vehicle in on 1/4/24 and I was able to get a loaner while I thought all these findings would be addressed, loose strut assembly issue, back wiper blade replaced and dry rotted tires. On 1/9/24 I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. Even though the strut assembly and wiper blade issues were corrected, I was told that the car was sold as is even though it was GMC certified pre-owned, the extended warranty and tire/wheel package were purchased. I was told that since it past inspection that there wasn’t anything Hiley would do to remedy this issue. The value of the certified GM pre owned sheets specifically says CPO 172 Point Inspection What would you expect to pay to have a Certified, qualified technician give this vehicle such a thorough inspection and repair/replace ALL items up to like-new factory specifications. Since tires are on this 172 point check list, I would expect this to be handled as well. This makes me wonder if the inspection was done with the previous set of tires and wheels. How was the trashed rear wiper blade, loose strut assembly and dry rot tires all checked off as good on the 172 point inspection? I guess my point is, make sure you do your due diligence because even if you feel comfortable because it is certified pre-owned and has the 172 point inspection, they may still try to stick it to you when possible. We recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Hiley Buick while driving the vehicle home from purchase we noticed one of the speakers was busted, we had noticed when we test drove it that the sound had Buick while driving the vehicle home from purchase we noticed one of the speakers was busted, we had noticed when we test drove it that the sound had been placed to the driver side and back side of the car which was away from the busted speaker. A coincidence? I don't think so. The day after we bought it the lift gate stopped working. We purchased an extended warranty and have not been able to get any information on it for if we need to file a claim. They also charged a fee of $1200 to cover the cost of work they had done on the car. Unfortunately it doesn't look like they did any work on the things that needed it. We will never buy a car from here again and would suggest anyone to buy from elsewhere. More

And sent they have had my car, they have broken more things on my car. And every other day it's something else that needs to be fixed! My car is only 3 years old. Every thing was working the day my car was taken to this dealership. Not once have anyone offered a loaner car. At one point I was told my car would not start, and I needed a new battery! For what? My car was running fine before they got it. And if I need to know the status on my car, im the one who has the call them. I advise anyone who doesn't want to be without your car for 2 months than don't take your car to them. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! More
