Dillan, Noah and really everyone were great, and it's not a one off. They are great each and every time I bring my vehicle in. I love the video of the walk around inspection of my vehicle that I get free eve a one off. They are great each and every time I bring my vehicle in. My car is an elderly gal, and they take the best care of it here, as if it were brand spankin new. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. More

I have been a customer with Hiley Buick GMC since 2020, for all my automobile service, check ups, inspections, repairs or new tires. Service has been great, professional and very customer friendly until for all my automobile service, check ups, inspections, repairs or new tires. Service has been great, professional and very customer friendly until this year when I've seen the friendliness and employee attitude go downhill! The representatives who have interfaced with me have displayed little interest in the customer; i.e., no smiles, no 'glad you chose us' attitude, no review of the services performed. It's the on-site service providers who 'sell Hiley's image' and it needs to improve to regain customer confidence. I hope you will prioritize this. More

Bought new Buick cascada at Hiley Buick GMC and the convertible top has HAD to be replaced 3 times….the car DEFINITELY has a defect and I want them to trade me out for a used vehicle on their lot. But convertible top has HAD to be replaced 3 times….the car DEFINITELY has a defect and I want them to trade me out for a used vehicle on their lot. But they want me to purchase a new Buick or GMC vehicle, and I want a jeep truck I saw on their used lot. General Motors says I have to speak with the sales person and the sales person says I have to speak with General Motors. I have mounds of repair paperwork and still no resolution. It’s like a boring tennis game, and no one is winning. Hopefully this will help someone go to a dealership that cares about the integrity of the cars GM and Buick makes and they sell to people.
