Called earlier today to check the availability of a new vehicle I saw online and was told it was still available. Spoke to a sales rep about the price and was told the price was gonna be what was listed on vehicle I saw online and was told it was still available. Drove 1 hour to check out the vehicle and purchase it and come to find out it was $15k over the listed price just because they found out I was going with outside financing with the best interest rate I qualified for. I'm well aware of the car market nowadays but if you wanna do something like that be straight up about it and not waste people's time. More

This is my first SUV IV had a Lexus the whole time and I needed to get something cheaper but also same features. Welp I was told my terrain slt had everything mylexus had and it dosent. IV had my suv since September 2021 and it's now Dec and my channels for my radio on my steering wheel dosent work also the stickers on the website that has the description I was TOLD BY THE DEALERSHIP it's just a generic info they put on all the vehicles and that's not exactly what it has. Since I was told it had stuff my Lexus had and I was lied to when it dosent. Also,my truck smells like mildew since I drove it off the lot. I was told to come back and make an apt. And now I can never get in to get it fixed due to I'm always working and they closebefore I get off. Just very disappointed in this car. I have had many cars many cars 17+ and IV never had this many issues. More

This dealer lied to me and my wife, sold us a certified used Yukon that had been wrecked and repaired. Then failed to admit to it or correct flaws with the vehicle.
