Horrible experience! Came in on Tuesday morning AT 8:00 A.M to drop off my car for an oil change, a leaking tire (psi low), and to get the lug nut locks removed from Came in on Tuesday morning AT 8:00 A.M to drop off my car for an oil change, a leaking tire (psi low), and to get the lug nut locks removed from my vehicle. The service advisor lady told me my vehicle would be ready “early noon” I waited in the customer waiting room for about 2 hours with my 1 year old baby. After the 2 hours I asked a family member for a ride home, I spoke to the service advisor again and asked her AGAIN if I would have my car by “early noon” she assured YES! I explained I needed my vehicle before 2pm to pick up my children from school and take care of appointments I had that afternoon. Early noon turned into 6PM!!!!! I’m sure the only reason they gave me my vehicle at 6 was because they close at that time, otherwise they would have taken longer. I was without a vehicle all day, riding in Lyft and Uber to pick up my children from school. When I finally picked up my vehicle my bill was $512 the service rep explained that they had to “break my nut lug locks because they did not have the key to get them off” THIS IS A LIE, the day before I was there trying to purchase a lug nut key and one of the techs (nice gentlemen) offered to help me remove those and he has a bag full of keys! So now they wanna tell me they charged me this crazy amount of money for braking the locks????? UNBELIEVABLE after talking to the service advisor about the outrageous amount of money and the crazy amount of time they took on my car she responded with “I understand, we’ve been very busy and the techs don’t show up to work, I can’t do anything about them not showing up to work” She suggested speaking to the manager, manager came out and gave me 30 seconds of his time. I said nothing, the advisor did the talking “she is saying it’s too much money for the work that was done to her car” the manager looked me up and down and told her “it’s up to you if you wanna help her out” I’ve never felt so humiliated, so looked down at. Made me feel like I was begging for a discount when all I wanted was to speak to him and explain the situation. Unfortunately I don’t “speak car language” I’m not familiar with the terms and vocabulary and I feel they use this to take advantage of you. Thank god I didn’t wait there the entire 10 hours waiting for my car to be “serviced” my daughter and I would have gone insane! So to say the least, my car still has low psi on one tire, it’s not the back tire anymore because they rotated it to the front, I got and oil change, and they took “all day braking my lug nut locks because they don’t have a master key”. What a joke!! More
