Service went from awesome with a great oil change special to rude and trying to up-sell everything and not honoring their own deals on their site. Happened twice. I only gave them a second chance because we to rude and trying to up-sell everything and not honoring their own deals on their site. Happened twice. Looks like they had one tech and two people working the desks. Used to be bustling. Will never return for service or any other business dealing. More

Today I called to see if this dealership had a used car for my son and Antonio answered the phone. I told him what I was looking for and he searched his inventory. He told me he had just got a car on a tr for my son and Antonio answered the phone. I told him what I was looking for and he searched his inventory. He told me he had just got a car on a trade in but it was a little bit more than I said I wanted to pay. It was “ten five” he said. My budget was $10K plus tt&l but he said “but we’re here to make a deal”. He told me more about the car and I got excited. Our budget was $10,000. So we drove there to check it out….We spent an hour and 20 minutes there, approximately. It was close to closing. We go in to sit down, ready to make a deal, cash purchase, but all of a sudden he puts a paper on the table and says “my manager just printed this” and on the paper the car price was higher than he said on the phone!! It was NOT “TEN FIVE”The whole thing was a big lie! Do not trust this dealership! They’ll rope you in to get you there and then switch what they say! They do not have integrity and are untrustworthy. Take your business somewhere else! No one, not even the manager, came over to see what was going on. I think they all just wanted to go home and didn’t give a crap about me, the customer and making me, the customer, happy. DO NOT go to this dealership! You’ll be disappointed! More
