When I arrived at Hiley VW, I was pleasantly received by Tairon Payne, who helped facilitate my deal with the help of Mr. Josh Johnson. Without a doubt, these two men treated me like a person, and they went out of their way to help me. They have made me a lifetime customer, and the purchase experience from beginning to end was great. You could go other places, certainly, but I don't think you'll find a better dealership than Hiley, with people that you can trust and respect. More

Michael Pauley took good care of me each step of the way. There was never any pressure to buy or run numbers, Michael's focus was always on what I needed and how he could help. I ended up purchasing the car a few days ago and the experience was the best I've had with a new car dealership. Michael and Josh Johnson negotiated a fair price consistent with third party pricing guides and were transparent about all of the numbers. No tactics were employed to get me to purchase extras and they had everything wrapped up from start to finish in 90 minutes. Two days later, I noticed excessive sticker residue on my car's paint that appeared to be left over from transit packing materials and brought the car back to the dealership for detailing. Michael assisted the detailers and they took care of the issue and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Based upon price, professionalism, courtesy and service (wife serviced her 2010 VW here), I recommend Michael, Josh and Hiley VW to anyone. More
Snobby and mean staff 've owned 8 BMWs, a Mercedes and a Jaguar. I want to own an Audi, but it's sad that a luxury car dealer can be so unprofessional. We waited in the cold on their lot for over 20 minutes before a salesperson noticed us, and it was all downhill from there. I was interested in a 2017 A3, advertised for $329 on their website. Joel (the manager) said they could not honor this price because it was a nationally advertised special, although the price was clearly quoted on their website. After adding only $1500 of options onto the car, the advertised price of $329 shot up to $539--I understand taxes and options are extra, but Joel didn't seem to care to explain why, saying only "I don't know what to tell you, the price is what it is." If the buying experience is this full of hassle, I can't imagine how terrible the service and lease return experience must be. A little advice, lose the attitude and don't be outright mean to your customers. More
Put my needs ahead of a sale I had a wonderful experience with Holly at Hiley. I told her what I was looking for in a car but none of the new Mazdas or VWs fit my needs. She suggested a used car that would work, answered a million questions, and was very helpful. Within 15 minutes he confirmed what VW was going to offer later I'm a current Jetta TDI owner so I went to dealership to discuss options with Tairon. Within 15 minutes he confirmed what VW was going to offer later this month and went ahead and took my cars info so I would be ready for buy back. I did not intend to buy another car in the same day but Tairon showed me some Passats on the lot and within an hour I was leaving with a new car. Outstanding and very quick service. More

If you're considering buying from any other dealerships, do yourself a favor and stop! Take the time to visit them; their customer service is second to none and they will do everything in their power to find the exact vehicle you want. I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Huntsville. While test driving the vehicle days before purchase, there was a strange seemingly intermittent sound. After questioning the salesman and asking to get confirmation from a tech about the sound, the verdict was that it was coming from a part that I would be eventually upgrading anyway- personal preference. With this knowledge I purchased the car because I knew upgrades were definitely in the immediate future. Within the first week, as I was forced to be in the car for extended period- commuting to work and such, I noticed the sound was actually more predictable than random. After logging when exactly it would occur I knew that it couldn't be due to the part they originally suggested and decide to take the car in for inspection. Sure enough the problem was the transmission and not even remotely close in scale to the issue suggested prior to buying. What was supposed to be an easily overlooked problem that would be quickly replaced had now turned into a five figure repair all within a week of purchasing. Through much deliberation, typical business deal negotiations, and compromise the dealership agreed to fix my vehicle due to the major problem that was not disclosed to me by means of simply being overlooked or an honest misdiagnosis. Audi Huntsville sells quality vehicles; though I may have gotten the one in a million chance exception to that statement, the dealership stands behinds the vehicles that they sale and I commend them for it. These are genuinely good people with a passion for selling amazing vehicles to the people that deserve them. This may not have been how I pictured my first real car buying experience; however, all expectations were exceeded when it came to addressing, discussing, and alleviating the problem that arose. Because of their hard work and commitment to excellence they have gained lifelong customers through my family and I. I'm already looking forward to my next purchase with them. So to all that are reading this, I urge you to give them a try before contacting other dealerships. Go in person, or contact Joel Runnels and Joel Wickizer via email or a phone call and give them your criteria for the vehicle you want. They'll be right by your side throughout the searching, acquisition, and purchasing stage. They're always willing to go the extra mile and make accommodations for whatever your buying situation may be. I originally came in and talked to both Joel's; giving them my prospective dates of purchase, model/trim preferences, and my budget. There wasn't a lot of pressure or oversight as I've seen with other dealerships. Sure enough; however, when my date arrived they had options ready for me that fit the criteria I had in place. Long story short, these guys are the best in the business. The amount of preliminary work and effort they put in to make sure you get exactly what you want speaks volumes. Again my story is an anomaly of a case in terms of the cars they sale, but I still wouldn't have opted for another dealership if they chance had presented itself. My family and I are definitely Audi fans now, but more importantly we are loyal Audi Huntsville customers and we hope that you will follow suit. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. More
