We own a 2002 A6. We love the car, but have had nothing but problems from the service department. At least half the time, no one answers the phone during reglular business hours, so you have to leave a mes but problems from the service department. Each time, it took 3-4 days to get the part and another day for the repair. Service dept is consistently condescending to my wife, as if she doesn't know what she is talking about and this is the car she drives 75% of the time. We will never buy another vehicle from this dealership due to the service departent. More
