My husband & I purchased a Jetta last March. We loved how everyone was so friendly & helpful. It was time for a service on the car so we took it to Hiley. He was very informative. Also patient as my 3month old screamed for most of the test drive! (: Long story short...after alot of phone calls, waiting &financial figures I drove home in our 2nd VW....a Tiquan!! I love VW!! When it came time to buy a new car I wanted nothing but the Jetta. When it came time for a more efficient 2nd vehichle Hiley Huntsville VW was the only place we considered!!! We will be back!!! More

Good overall experience so far with this dealer. I did have to wait awhile to test drive the car I wanted as they didn't have a TDI with automatic on the lot the first couple times I came in. Unfortunately, the first weekend I had the car the check engine light came on. WE found everything to be exceptional at Hiley VW. Blake was extremely willing to be helpful in every capacity. We really appreciated the extra time he took to program our phones with the Bluetooth and set was extremely willing to be helpful in every capacity. I was looking at Mazdas and the sales guy helping me was Kevin Belote. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the Mazda line. While doing research I was also interested in the VW Jetta Sportwagen Kevin Belote. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the Mazda line. While doing research I was also interested in the VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI. Although not quite as knowledgable on the VW cars (he primarily works the Mazda lot) he was more than willing to admit when he didn't know something and then go find it out for me instead of just giving me a fluff answer. I ended up driving the TDI along with a Mazda3 and a CX-7. He also kept my payment limit in mind and actively pursued the Mazda3 as it was the only car that was within the limit that I gave him as opposed to trying to upsell me on something else (like say a Mazda6). When I finally decided to go over my stated limit and get the VW Jetta Sportwagen, he and Adam worked with me to try to get that car under my hard limit. They were unable to do that so I ended up with a sedan TDI instead. Even after that there was yet another small issue on my part that they were willing to work through. All-in-all it felt like they were interested in making sure I got the car I wanted and not just selling me the thing that got the largest commision or the least amount of work for them. More

I purchased a new car from Hiley June 2010. I will say the car was less than perfect. It had some mechanical issues and was in the shop on a regular basis. It was not a good experience. The whole situation made everyone defensive so nothing was getting done and I was beyond frustated. 2 weeks ago I got a phone call from Matt Meyer at Hiley, with a sincere, "I'm sorry", I decided that I would try again and purchase my replacement vehicle from Hiley. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealership and I am so excited to get my new car, a Mazda 6. I can say without hesitation, if you buy a vehicle from Hiley and if you ever have a problem, they have the best service manager, Stan Fields, to help you get things fixed! More

Courtney was very polite to my wife, and he followed through with my request for him to email verification of the financial details that we had discussed via telephone. Any deviation from the deal with Courtney and the pricing once I was in the door would have certainly derailed the deal - I have walked out of dealerships in the past after a "final figure change".
