Stephen and Hiley are great! I live in the Memphis area but the dealer here(Gossett) is horrible. I had went on the internet to shop for a car. after deciding on a volkswagen passat, i went to the Hiley website. after reviewing their inventory, i found they had the exact car i was looking for. so i deciding on a volkswagen passat, i went to the Hiley website. after reviewing their inventory, i found they had the exact car i was looking for. so i called the dealership and was introduced to keith robinett, a salesman. after telling keith what car i wanted and what i had down, plus the monthly payment i was looking for. keith and i negotiated a satisfactory price. after we had closed the deal. i told keith that it may take me a while to find someone to ride with me to huntsville to pick up the car. i live approx. 80 miles from the dealer. keith then offered to deliver the car to my house the next day. the next day after keith delivered the car, he spent about an hour going over the features of the car, answering my questions, and doing the paperwork. over all it was the best and easiest car buying experience i have ever had. i bought a new car without ever leaving the house. all the the people at hiley that i have spoken to have been extremely friendly,and very helpful. i would highly reccomend Hiley motors to anyone. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was great and things were done extremely fast. Once I decided to purchase, I was in and out within an hour.
