He set up an appointment that fit my schedule and was prompt in getting to me when I arrived on Saturday. He was funny and conversational and made the test driivng and buying experience pleasant and easy. He was not high pressure and allowed me to make the decision at my own pace. I am also in sales and know the lingo quite well. He was passionate and believed in the product, which in my opinion is the key to sales. If my salesperson believes in it, I can believe in it! We had to return home before we made a deal but it was confirmed on the phone on Tuesday and Matt delivered the car on Tuesday afternoon with Shane.
