In fact, we could have gone down the road a little further to the Chrysler dealership and received an employee discount, but did not! Tairon is professional, knowledgeable and afforded us ample time to consider our options of both the cars we were interested in, and financing. He was patient and his customer service skills are second to none, that I have seen! Since I have dealt with the public, in my line of work all my life; I have seen some very bad customer service skills more often than I have been subjected to the excellent skills Tairon possesses! We received a fair trade-in amount and were equally impressed with the finance manager. Everyone we came into contact with there performed above and beyond our expectations, which is why we left in a new CC R-line! We will be back and will look for Tairon! I bought a Certified Pre-Owned VW Tiguan for my 16 year old daughter.
