Matt Kosmowski was an excellent salesman. I am a rather difficult customer as I don't care much for dealers who do the high pressure thing. I don't care for salesmen who keep hanging around, interrupting, difficult customer as I don't care much for dealers who do the high pressure thing. He asked questions that guided me toward what I wanted and was not an interrupter. At dinner with friends, I told them about the car I was interested in, and we all stopped by the dealership as the sales crew was leaving. Matt opened the dealership and let me and my friends see the car again; this was inadvertantly rude of us but very gracious of him. We actually drove two test drives, one in a Passat equipped with a gas engine and then one equipped with the diesel engine. Once we settled on the diesel model, we then considered colors of choice, including interior trim.
