I have to say that Louie did an excellent job at making my purchase (Pre Owned Audi) as smooth as possible. I can be a very particular buyer and had a ton of questions and Louie was extremely patient and my purchase (Pre Owned Audi) as smooth as possible. And when he didn't have an immediate answer I usually got the answer with in a couple of hours. He also is a fellow Michigander and knew we had a long drive back to Michigan after taking delivery of the car and it was great to get a text from him checking on us and making sure we had safe travels back home. As I told him as a fellow sales person it's usually the little things that make or break a sale. The guys at Audi of Huntsville do a great job paying attention to the little details. Every one I had an opportunity to interact with was extremely friendly and willing to help. I specifically worked with the Parts Manager (Keith) and Finance Manager Reggie and both were able to help me save a couple of $$$.
