Easiest and almost quickest car buying experience I've ever had. Joel, Matt, and Blake were very helpful, honest, and informative. Great guys to work with. I say almost the quickest car buying experience because I had to wait about 30 minutes after completing the paperwork for the service department to clean up the car. They were backed up though and it was no fault of Joel, Matt, or Blake. They were very apologetic for me having to wait. Joel also followed up the next day to ask how I liked the car and to make sure I understood all the bells and whistles. That's great customer service. You don't hear from a lot of dealerships after you leave the lot. Thanks again guys!! Glad to be back in the VW family! More
