After I decided on the A7 he moved through the paperwork efficiently and followed up with me several times to make sure I was pleased with my selection and the features on the new car. The dealership, sales manager, and Louie were all great and made my buying experience very enjoyable. They gave me a fair price and handled my tradein better than any other dealer in town. Rarely do I put faith into stellar reviews of car dealerships, as most of my experiences in the past have been less than exceptional and I am quite aware of the propensity of some to fabricate their dealerships, as most of my experiences in the past have been less than exceptional and I am quite aware of the propensity of some to fabricate their own reviews in order to promote business; however after my phenomenal experience at Hiley Audi Volkswagen of Huntsville I now feel compelled to write one of my own. I sincerely hope that I don’t overdo it and convince some of you that this is itself a fabrication, as I would likely suspect, but after my incredible visit to their dealership I firmly believe that I owe it to Hiley and shoppers in the market for a vehicle to share the overwhelmingly satisfactory nature of my experience. The incredible employees there have unequivocally reversed the expectations that I previously held of car dealerships, as I cannot not think of a single complaint or facet of the transaction that could have been improved upon during my visit. After driving over two hours to see the used Toyota Tacoma that I was interested in purchasing, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was in exactly the condition Louie had assured me of over the phone two days prior, if not better. Not only that, but the truck was waiting out front for my arrival, spotless on both the inside and out, ready for a test drive. I was met at the door by the service manager Stan who welcomed me with a firm handshake and smile, immediately making me feel more than welcome. Conducting business with Louie was strides ahead of any transaction I have ever had with a salesman before, and the entire process was akin to hanging out with an old friend. He was laid back, lacking of the stereotypical obnoxiously overbearing salesman persona, and quick to do whatever he could to fulfill any of my needs or requests. Not only were my interactions with Louie unbelievably agreeable, but I would honestly have to say that every employee I spoke with or encountered during the visit was incredibly courteous, friendly, and respectful. The finance director Reggie was a pleasure to speak with during the tedious process of signing and filling out all of the necessary paperwork, and despite the obligatory length of the process he made it fly by with friendly and engaging conversation. From the phone call two days prior to being walked out of the door after my purchase, I felt as though I was buying a truck from family. The level of honesty practiced by this dealership is unmatched, and their prices are competitive with even private sellers. Even with their already competitive sticker prices, they were still willing to negotiate with me, and the rate they offered on financing blew my other options out of the water! The truck and overall experience of my vehicle purchase have both tremendously surpassed any expectations that I ever held of a car dealership, including those I had prior to tarnishing by deceitful dealerships; so much so that despite the two hour drive they will absolutely be the first place that I look the next time that I am in the market for a vehicle. I decidedly recommend Hiley Audi Volkswagen of Huntsville and Louie Long above all others if you are looking for a quality vehicle at a competitive price coupled with an unbelievable buying experience. If you are thinking of travelling to visit them, do not hesitate, it will definitely be worth the trip! More

Joel Wickizer at Hiley Is the most thoughtful and flexible salesperson I've ever dealt with! He came in on his off day to show me a car I was interested in after finding it on the Internet. Thursday was the best day for me since I live out of town and was planning to ride to Huntsville with my husband on his way to work so I could go shopping. We loved the car and decided to buy it. He stayed with us every step of the way and never rushed us or seemed frustrated in the least! Once we were in our car, he helped me sync my phone and showed me all about the bells and whistles on the car so I would have a pleasurable first driving experience in my new VW. I wasn't trying to figure out where everything was on the way home. I was enjoying my XM radio, which only took a few minutes to swap over from my Tahoe. Thanks Joel and Hiley! I have been out all day in my new car. It is so nice and I'm smiling as a pass by every gas station!
