Our recent car buying experience at Hiley Audi was exceptional, largely due to Joel Wickizer, Internet Sales Manager. As we continued our month-long search for an A7 at all dealerships within 150 miles of Chattanooga, we noted that Joel was always patient, professional and never overbearing in our ongoing communications. We eventually settled on an A7 that Hiley Audi had in inventory. We travelled to Hiley Audi in Huntsville to test drive the Audi A7. We were able to get approval for financing and complete the necessary paperwork within a couple of hours. Joel gave us a detailed demonstration of the A7’s complex internal systems and answered all our questions. The whole experience was hassle free. We headed for Hiley knowing they closed at 8PM but my wife was headed out of town the next morning so it was our only opportunity for several days. Joel (a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man) had the car out front, clean and ready to test drive. Joel met us at the door with keys and we took a drive. It was well past 8 by the time we left but we never felt rushed. By two o'clock the next afternoon I had my new car and the trade-in could not have been easier or more fair. I should note that while we did the trade-in and paperwork I had our 7 month old puppy on a lease and no-one even batted an eye when we walked in and sat down at Joel's desk. In fact many of the Hiley folks stopped to love on our dog. That our dog could feel relaxed enough in a new place to go to sleep in the finance manager's office confirmed my assessment that these are good people. More

Great experience from the first phone call to driving off the lot with our new Passat. Joel was very professional but what was more important to me was his patience.
