Over the past eight years we have purchased two Audi's and one Volkswagen. All were excellent vehicles so we returned once again and purchased a Q5 Premium TDI from Joel Wickizer. He was an excellent salesman and was able to negotiate a fair deal for us even though the Iron Bowl (Alabama / Auburn) game had us all mesmerized. I'm always really sketchy about making big purchases. Usually salespeople are way overbearing and not always all that helpful. That was NOT the case with Hiley - and that was due to Joel. I initially emailed him to set up a test drive, and he was super quick to respond both by phone and by email, and very was helpful for a few days days leading up to our visit (even before we walked through the doors.) We left Hiley to test drive other vehicles and weren't pressured into staying. We came back the same day and bought a 2011 VW Tiguan. Joel even helped me after the sale was complete. He helped me set up my blue tooth and showed me all of the features in the car. I will follow him to any dealership he goes to. THANK YOU JOEL! More
