I really didn’t know much of the Audi line prior to this purchase. They did a great job at explaining the different models and making me feel like we were getting the right car for her. I never felt pressured to purchase more than what we needed and Joel never exhibited any cliché car salesperson tactics, which made me feel right at home in dealing with him. We looked at the A6 line as well because I was not convinced the A4 was going to be a large enough vehicle but he did not try to push me in one direction or the other. He stated the facts, showed us each vehicle, and gave us the information needed to make an informed decision. This openness and no pressure attitude seems to permeate Hiley Audi . After settling on the car and getting a great deal to boot I was sure I’d be fighting off the finance folks who trying to sell a plethora of maintenance and support packages for the new car we were buying; not so. Just like the rest of our experience everything was explained when needed allowed to pass when we we’re not interested. They truly work as a team as well which was pleasent to deal with. I was originally working with Joel and the only day I was able to make it he was out sick but I was notified and Matt and Mike picked up and took it to the next level without missing a beat. Once I arrived at the dealer which was late in the evening near closing time they had the car I was interested in pulled up and ready for my test drive. During the test drive had a good informative conversation with Mike about the vehicle without feeling like I was constantly being sold to. After running to the dealership began looking at my trade in which I feel like I received a very fair price as I had done my research and had it appraised at other places and received a better offer right off the bat from Hiley. By this point we were well past closing time yet never felt rushed, pressured, or like some I was having some "dealer" tactics pulled.
