First, let me state I was not intending to purchase a car when I went to the dealership. I was going to be the "voice of reason" for my son. I chose to mill around while they talked specs. That's when I spotted the Audi A4 Allroad. I immediately fell in love. Mike Reed took us on a test ride and described the features of the car. I still was reluctant, but his patience and genuine concern for me not purchasing something I really would not enjoy sold me on it. Once my financing was approved, I spoke with Blake Cruttenden, who set my mind at ease with all of the paperwork and documentation. His cordial and jovial attitude made the process less stressful. I thought I would be driving a BMW 4 series or X3. Now, I cannot imagine myself in anything but my "Quattro".
