Awesome Experience!!! I recently purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle from Hiley which I am in LOVE with! I found it while searching on Autotrader, so I called the dealership I recently purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle from Hiley which I am in LOVE with! I found it while searching on Autotrader, so I called the dealership first thing the next morning and was luckily transferred to Brett Wickizer. Brett was Fantastic! He patiently answered all of my questions while on the phone and said that they would be there until 8pm that night if I wanted to come look at the car. He kept me informed all day, sending me text messages since I was at work, and had worked out my trade in before I even got there. He was all smiles when I met him, an awesome personality. He took me for a test drive and then stayed until 9:30pm waiting for me to get my financing worked out. Even though it was super late he still took the time to show me how everything worked in the car, paired my phone, and even helped me empty out my old car! He was truly a pleasure to do business with. Could not have asked for a better experience or salesman. Highly recommend! More

After my first meeting it seemed the numbers just weren't going to come together so I opted to walk away and let them do some more number crunching (as background I am a physicist/software engineer with a masters in business administration) so I knew how the numbers were crunched and I wanted them to have time to meet my demands. One of the salesmen (Clinton or Clint) had started contacting me via text messages with potential lease offers. After letting him know that I had gotten offers as low as 310 (not mentioning what brand of vehicle) he decided to say the following, and I do quote: "If you want to go with a Toyota or Nissan for 310 then that's completely your decision. Not everyone can afford an Audi. Thank you for your time and with you nothing but the best. We don't have to give our cars away like other brands. That's why they hold their value." The other brands I was considering include Mercedes, Lexus, and BMW as far as leases and potentially purchasing a Tesla Roadster on trade all of which would have given me a month payment less than the 369 he came back with (this of course after telling him he would need to get closer to 310). I think everyone can agree these brands are on par with Audi (with Tesla being of even higher quality in most cases). Also, his shot at how much I can afford made no sense considering I had told him I was a software engineer. This of course made me chuckle as you can guess my salary more than likely dwarfs his (probably a couple times over) and the only reason I was looking for a lower end car is I typically ride my road bike everywhere I go because it's super efficient, good for me, and lets face it good for the environment. In conclusion, if your looking for sales people that know nothing about how leasing a car actually works (and continue to tell you "I'm a sales guy, I don't know all the numbers") then Audi of Huntsville is the place to go! If your like me and expect to be treated like a human being trying to make a new purchase and looking for some help on this, I would definitely visit one of the many other brands available in Huntsville. More

Everyone was clearly happy to see us, we had a certain notoriety since my wife did all of the preliminary leg work; I am a Disabled Veteran and this was the first time I had been there. Blake, thanks for changing some of the paperwork dealing with minor adjustments on the mileage of our trade-in. Brett did a bank-up job of demonstrations of all the features of this awesome vehicle; I could have spent a week hearing about the controls and features. Brett did it in roughly 45 minutes including downloading music to our Jukebox plus pairing my iPhone to the vehicle. All in all, Hiley and their employees are Number One in my book. Way to Go Guys!
