Service Dept. is dishonest and will try to charge for unnecessary repairs. My wife brought our VW Jetta there with a slow oil drip thought to be a bad gasket on the oil pan plug since Jiffy Lube had recently done an oil change. Should have been very quick & inexpensive fix. My wife received a call the next day saying that the Turbo Air Intake pipe was wore out & needed to be replaced at a cost of $550. Part is $250 & 2 hours of labor. I looked up the part & their price was correct. However, I had a hard time understanding how an air intake would leak oil. I went down there & asked to look at my engine. I found NO oil leakage anywhere around the intake pipe, which is right on top of the engine in plain sight. Also, the part is made of aircraft aluminum and not worn out. Also, there are no moving parts nor anything that could rub or abrade a hole in the pipe. I looked under the car and saw where the oil had dripped from the opposite side of the engine. I then asked for my keys, left the dealership, and will NEVER go back. More

The customer service continuously ignores my phone calls. When I am able to talk to a representative they are rude and they hardly ever have the same story as to why my car has not been taking care of. More
Bought an S5 from Audi Huntsville through Mike Reed. I live in Atlanta, so we spent several days making sure the financing was buttoned-up before I made the long drive there. He knew I was trading in a le live in Atlanta, so we spent several days making sure the financing was buttoned-up before I made the long drive there. He knew I was trading in a lease and had spoken several times with finance to confirm the numbers, so all was well. I get to the dealership and it turns out the car he claimed was certified wasn’t — nothing was offered to me for being misled, but I agreed anyways under the predetermined terms that Mike would have my wheels painted. After purchased, the car stayed in Huntsville for a week getting small body touch-ups done and for the wheels. I checked in with Mike nightly, and he assured me the night before we were to meet that the body work was done, and wheels were painted. He showed up to our meeting location with 400 additional miles on the odometer with his wife and kids in-tow, no work had been done to touch up the front bumper or parts of the side panels, and he agreed to get me in contact with his Atlanta shop. He went unresponsive to request, and I find out the wheels were painted without clear coat, so I had to pay full price to have them redone. In the time he had the car, I had found out that I owed the city of Atlanta $3500 in tax fees for trading in a lease out of state. I immediately contact Mike and he assures me Audi will resolve the issue. After countless attempts to contact them without response, We meet and I express to Mike that I need answers. Turns out, per contract, I couldn’t return the car for ‘a sudden increase in agreed-to price due to taxes’ after I took delivery of it, so I’m only left to assume I was ignored intentionally so the dealership doesn’t lose the sale. Needless to say, the finance manager finally let me know that it wasn’t his responsibility to understand tax law for a state just 10-15 miles from their dealership (GA), and the full cost was my responsibility. Horrible experience and I did everything I could to try and come to a reasonable amount that would satisfy both parties. Don’t go here. More

Mark Tucker was not very helpful with the out of state registration and was difficult to get adequate information and answers about the process of registering my vehicle in Illinois. After 2 weeks, I still do not have the process completed and do not know where I am in the process. I also asked for a 4 year auto loan and was given a 72 month loan. It was not what I asked for but it was not worth changing after traveling 6 1/2 hours to get to the dealership. Over-all the process was good. Trade in price was fair. The car was in excellent condition upon transfer. Love the car and Audi products. More
I bought a brand new 2012 A4 Quattro manual trans in January of 2012 from this dealership, the vehicle has had the water pump and one injector replaced under warranty and the PCV valve, various modules January of 2012 from this dealership, the vehicle has had the water pump and one injector replaced under warranty and the PCV valve, various modules and gaskets O rings and other items replaced at my expense such as the shocks that were leaking more oil than the EXXON Valdez. All of this occurred after the car was barely out of warranty. The service department has actually been quite good at diagnosing the problems associated with the vehicle however the expense of having those issues rectified is prohibitive. Now with a little over 100k miles on the car, it's burning a quart of oil every 600 miles. No one at Audi notified me know about the class action suit on these engines for excessive oil consumption however they did notify me of the extended warranty on the cam chain tensioner which they refused to repair under warranty! In short, I'm stuck with $6K repair bill for replacing this dog of an engine. The people that work there can only be as good as the management team and in short, the management team at Hiley as well as Audi of America is terrible. On a side note, I haven ACURA RSX that I bought new in 2003 with 200k miles on the odometer that doesn't use a drop of oil and a 1997 BMW 318is with a 168K on the clock that doesn't use any oil either. In short, if you expect Hiley or Audi of America to stand behind their products, you will be sorely disappointed. More
