Brought car in and there was no questions asked, they aligned and balanced tires and problem was remedied, in and out in a little over an hour. Easy as Pie I finally found the truck I was looking for at Highline Car Connection!! I did my research and went to see Michael Bennett. These guys love what they do and instead of putting pressure on you, they put it on themselves to make sure you are taken care of. They were extremely helpful, honest, and easy to talk to. They also treat everyone with respect - as two women buying a truck, we met with none of the confusion and condescension we got from many other dealers. The pleasant experience comes from working with salespeople that know they have a good product, price it fairly, and go over the car in detail so they know it well. I actually waited a month to post this, just to say I've had no problems with this truck, we love it, it's exactly what we wanted. By the way, one of the questions on this survey is, "were you left alone", well, actually - yes, they let us test drive the car by ourselves. It was *so* great to drive it and talk privately about it without having a salesman in the back breathing down your neck. So, yes, they gave us time to talk about the decision, but were always there (via phone, email, or in person) to make sure we were all set. Great meeting you guys! More
