I initially left a good review of Highline but after 3 months of nothing but issues, I need to write this because it is just not right. The car (2011 Mustang) I purchased has needed to go to the shop e months of nothing but issues, I need to write this because it is just not right. The car (2011 Mustang) I purchased has needed to go to the shop every month since I got it. Within the first week I had a check engine light on. Now the car is shutting off every time I come to a stop and put it in neutral and has to go into the shop AGAIN. $1.7k in repairs in the first 3 months (Dec-Feb) of ownership despite having a clean Carfax and PPI. Carfax, mobile PPI services, and used car salesmen legitimately cannot be trusted. I did my due diligence yet I still got burned. Gave up a clean car that only ever needed basic maintenance for 3 years and received one with similar mileage that lasted only 3 days until a check engine light came on. I’m legitimately embarrassed and was fooled by high reviews of this dealer and a “to good to be true” type deal in todays car market. I really liked the car, but if it wasn’t in good condition, why couldn’t you just be honest about it upfront. I will not do business here again and cannot recommend this place. More
