Don’t waste your money. Brought a Lincoln 2017 from them last month and the car keep having multiple issues. After the first day I got it, it had an ROACH infestation which Brought a Lincoln 2017 from them last month and the car keep having multiple issues. After the first day I got it, it had an ROACH infestation which I notice only having the car for the first 2 days. Not to mention the engine keep lagging on the road which I report multiple times since day 1. Lastly I’m getting told by a mechanic at a Lincoln dealership that it needs a new transmission while their owner was telling me this car was safe to drive when the engine itself shakes aggressively. He even suggested I take it to a mechanic of my choice. Plus I have to spend money on a rental car when the owner TOM just offer no solutions because they had no loaner. He kept telling me the car is drivable when all the vehicle maintenance lights were on.PLZ SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!! More

Avi is a great salesman but Eric and the owner don’t stick by their word. I did not have a good experience with Highline Automotive. They falsely advertise the price of their vehicles as 2000 dollars stick by their word. I did not have a good experience with Highline Automotive. They falsely advertise the price of their vehicles as 2000 dollars less (they assume a “$2000” deposit in small print of their listings. I purchase 2016 Volvo XC90 everything went well but after two weeks the check engine light came on I called and let them know it was on. Avi told me don’t worry about it come in we will fix it. The next week I got sick with Covid was in the hospital. I text Avi and let he said don’t worry about it when you get better just come in. So I came in to get my tires put on which they did and get the check engine light looked at after about four hours the mechanic came back that he couldn’t fix it go to the dealer I talk to Dan and Avi I purchased a warranty so they said go to the dealer final was wrong with it so I went that next Friday the dealer said it was a oxygen sensor I called Avi and told him the warranty covered it but it’s $100 deductible Avi and Dan said it shouldn’t be a problem. Cleaning out the car I found a previous car diagnostics dated August 21 2020 with the same problem obviously they reset the check engine light so the problem was always there and he won’t cover it. I get the car fix went to Highland talked to Eric he said he’s not reimburse me. I do not buy a car from these guys they are shady. More

We were so impressed with Hilary and Manny and their straightforward approach to sales. Manny might try to tell you he "isn't much of a salesman", but that's nonsense! He's a real pro, but he's also clear and careful, and this takes a lot of (what would have been, for us) confusion out of the "equation". Hilary was extremely personable and easy to work with; we felt as if we were among friends. Tito was super as well, on the vehicle service-side of things. (E.g. The brakes were pulsing a little, but he took care of it entirely, for free, and quickly.) We believe we got an excellent car for our money, we saved who-knows-how-many hours of shopping around with our good luck in picking these guys out first, and they definitely earned our business the right way.
