HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! Horrible company!!! Disgusting attitude towards clients!!! We spent 2 days (!) in the company's office. We arrived for 800 miles to dealership. We Horrible company!!! Disgusting attitude towards clients!!! We spent 2 days (!) in the company's office. We arrived for 800 miles to dealership. We've agreed on the price for the sale of a car. The amount of the transaction is all impressive. We've paid the entire amount about which we agreed!!! We have been given a car and only one (!) key. A week later the dealer called us and demanded an additional one thousand dollars, otherwise the dealer will not give us the title on the car we bought and the second key! We had to pay, since we already spent a lot of time, nerves and a significant amount of money! The dealer (Highline Auto Sales) sent us a title and a second key, but the title has been mistaken and we have been denied registration at the DMV means of transportation!! We called to the company many times to help us - again the nerves, the time.... The dealer (Highline Auto Sales) did not want to alter and send us a new title!!! The dealer just sent us a new invoice. My advice for everyone is: be careful when buying and filing documents at this dealer (Highline Auto Sales)! I do NOT recommend very much to cooperate with this company!!! Beware of Highline Auto Sales (555 Executive Drive Willowbrook, IL 60527)!!! Very badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Sam kept me informed on the vehicle status and answered my questions in a timely manner (even after and before office hours). Upon arrival at Highline I was greeted warmly by the staff and was very impressed by the professional environment of the dealership. I was very satisfied by the detail work done on my vehicle. I am very meticulous and found very few items that I could improve upon.
