My husband and I purchased a Chevy Avalanche from Highline Auto Sales on September 29th. We worked with Luke and Moe to get the purchase completed and the process was excruciatingly long considering we were paying in cash and knew the vehicle that we wanted to purchase when we walked in. We brought the truck home and within 4 days the transfer case was shot. We called Highline Auto Sales immediately and they asked us if we got a warranty - no we did not because we were never offered one. We were ignored and given the run around for days so we sent the truck to our mechanic whom we trust - then 4 days after we called them, after numerous attempts to get a response - they offered to tow the vehicle to their shop and have their mechanics give us a discount and we could pay $2,000 for a replacement transfer case. Our Mechanic gave us a better deal and I trust his work more considering that Highline’s mechanics supposedly looked at the vehicle before selling it. When our mechanic took a look at the vehicle he noticed that the codes machine wouldn’t run, he came to discover that the truck had a blown fuse for the codes box and said that they either didn’t check the codes at all or they replaced the fuse with a blown one - trying to hide any issues with the vehicle. They also slapped brand new brake pads on completely rusted out roaters - yet another safety concern. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from Highline Auto Sales to simply reimburse us for the hazardous safety issues that they blatantly hid and ignored and every time that I call I am told that they will call me back (which they don’t) and then told that the person I need to talk to isn’t there and to call back tomorrow - and they still aren’t there. This has been going on for 3 weeks and we still have not heard anything from them. Don’t waste your time or money purchasing a vehicle from them. They ignore/hide known safety issues and have no intent to make it right. More

Again that’s without any deal being done for a car tgat is $60k not a kia rio.Super satisfied More

I noticed right away that the vehicles in stock were very clean and detailed. Their used vehicles look new ! The vehicle that I wanted initially, was sold before I got out to the dealership. However, I had a second vehicle in mind and it was still there. Virgil was my salesman and he was very personable. It was a smooth process as I already had my own financing thru my Credit Union. The only negative thing about my experience was the dealership policy to only put $20.00 of gas in a newly sold vehicle. I think a customer going into thousands of dollars in debt should get a full tank of gas before they leave the lot. Highline definitely knows how to sell cars ! They have great presentation and quality vehicles. Their showroom is very clean and their staff is motivated to put you in a nice vehicle. I would refer this dealership and I would buy from them again, myself. More

I came in with my wife looking for a car, walking into the front office and was immediately greeted by Luke, he sat me down and told me that we have any car you could want and for a lower price then anyone in the nation, at first i was a bit skeptical and so i said "were are all these cars", Luke says "follow me", and he took us to the back and my jaw dropped it was like a car show but better. We walked around and found a car my wife liked, we asked for a test-drive and they let us take the car overnight and we were able to get it inspected by a mechanic, the following day we came back and we discussed the numbers and came to an agreement Luke, Moe, and Sam were great. By far the best car buying experience i could possibly have. Defiantly coming back for my next car. More
