I recently purchased a 2013 Genesis Coupe Track 6MT from Ray at Highline and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I was able to negotiate my entire deal over the phone with my salesman Ray and sales ma Ray at Highline and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I was able to negotiate my entire deal over the phone with my salesman Ray and sales manager Damian since I live out of state. He overnighted me the paperwork needed so that my mother wouldn't have to make the drive and even offered to ship the vehicle to me if need be. Ray sent all photos and videos I requested and assured me that the vehicle was in great shape. Both my father and I (who also left a review) were skeptical about purchasing a car so far away, especially after we had looked at several others somewhat locally which looked great online, but in person were in terrible condition and ran poorly. I was focused on a very specific car and I could only find 5 which met my requirements within 500 miles. One sold, one was to far and the two others we looked at were rough. Ray could not have been more correct about how pristine the vehicle was! My father and I were instantly impressed with the vehicle and knew it was the car we wanted and everything Ray had assured us it was within a few minutes after our arrival at the dealership This car was everything he said it was and then some! He was even able to get me a 4 year, unlimited mileage warranty on the vehicle which covers nearly everything like a new car warranty on my 8 year old car for a reasonable price! Thanks to handling the negotiations on the phone, we were in and out of the dealership within an hour. The car which is a 2013 model with 60,000 miles was immaculate! We got the impression that everyone employed here at Highline actually goes the extra mile from the photographer, detailers, sales, finance mangers, owners... I have sold cars myself in the past and can't say enough good things about this transaction, the staff, the dealership and virtually every bit of my experience with Highline. My 8 year old, 60k vehicle was cleaner than many brand new vehicles I sold at other dealerships! I've had my car coming up on two weeks now and 1100 miles to change my mind. I don't leave reviews often. I'm extremely picky about my vehicles and couldn't recommend a dealer more wholeheartedly. If you're in the market for something special, even if you're out of state, you'd be remiss not to give Highline and Ray a shot. I change vehicles like most people change socks and have every intention of purchasing from them again in the future if they have or can locate the gem I'm searching for.
