Professional & Courteous Hello, I went car shopping at Highline Auto last Tuesday to look for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Gus, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Gus was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Additionally he has gone above and beyond to work with me after the sale as well!!! Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. Paid deposit and they sold it anyway!!! I spoke with a salesman named Alex who was very professional and who i hoped would manage the deal. After the weekend I received a call from Gus Econ I spoke with a salesman named Alex who was very professional and who i hoped would manage the deal. After the weekend I received a call from Gus Economous pushing me into a deposit. Since I had been looking for that exact vehicle I planned on the purchase but needed an inspection so I paid the deposit. I informed Gus that I worked and would not be available for a 2 weeks (Oil Field) and he only pushed for the deposit. I informed him to forward a Buyers Order to my bank for a particular amount and that I would pay the slight difference over in cash, but he never did. When I returned form the oilfield, my bank informed me the BO was never received and later that morning found out the car was sold the night before, though I had placed the deposit and communicated that the BO be forwarded. Gus refunded the deposit(or at least he says so since my CC company has no record as of yet, an informed me he tried to contact me. My response is that I told him my situation upfront and paid what he requested to hold the vehicle until my return. Gus could have at least mentioned in am email that they might sell the car in the meantime or they had another potential buyer in mind, but he did not. He simply kept pushing for a deal that was practically already made which made me hesitant. Ironically, they did not try to refund my deposit until I asked about the car and it was sold. So they sold the vehicle while in possession of my money and from all accounts may not have ever refunded it if I would not have called when I made it back from the oil field. Horrible customer service and an extreme lack of consideration for the customer. You've been warned. Gus may say he did this and that, but I have all the emails to prove my statements. More

Way better than expected. Being from Michigan and going to Chicago to buy a used car I was very apprehensive. On arrival I first talked to a guy polishing a car and asked him for Bekim and he stopped what he was doing and went to get Bekim. So far so good. Bekim turned out to be a very nice young man and super friendly. He knew the car I was looking for and was quick to show me. We went for a short test drive and I knew I had to have that car. My wife and I quickly became at home with Bekim and the rest of the experience went very well. Bekim told us that he had a six year old girl and we have a six year old grandson. Maybe we can get together for a boat ride this summer. Ask for Bekim you won't be dissappointed. More
