Brought my car in for service for an issue that 3 other dealers could not fix. The technician named Mark managed to fix it while i waited. I was planning on going on a trip and this was in the back of my dealers could not fix. The technician named Mark managed to fix it while i waited. I was planning on going on a trip and this was in the back of my mind and i wanted to get this fixed before i drove 1500 miles. Mark reassured me that the problem was fixed.
