We bought a brand new 2019 Red Explorer Sp My wife and I had an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME EXPERIENCE buying our first new car together at Highland Park Ford. We bought a brand new 2019 Red Explorer Sport. Trying to find the exact car we were looking for - we found 1 dealer in our area that had one. But only after visiting their showroom - found out that it was a "demo" model. That same dealer also promised to find us a new car. They claimed they found one available, then later told us it was another demo. They also claimed that there was not another 2019 Red Explorer Sport in the entire country that had our options. I then called Highland Park Ford and worked with Bill. They went above and beyond spending 2 weeks searching and negotiating with dealers on the East Coast to find us the exact car we were looking for. They were very competitive and help us buy the car at the lowest price possible. There was NO "high pressure" sales pitch with Highland Park Ford either. I wish I would have started with Highland Park Ford instead of wasting my time working with the other dealer. Highland Park Ford will be my go-to Ford dealer going forward! More
