The areas they need to improve is the scheduling process. Too often I need to call more than once to get my vehicle scheduled for service. Either no one answers, or am put on hold too long. The other thing, I need to really explain clearly what needs to be done. At least on a few occasions I needed to return the vehicle for them to finish the repairs, or to continue to work on it in order to get it done right. An additional issue, recently I had them rotate the tires and check the air pressure for each tire. None of the tires had the valve cap on. I need to buy a set of 4 caps and put them back on myself. It's easier than to take it back to the dealer. More
