No Regrets I really didn't have a need to flip vehicles, but I loved the looks of the white Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. After some casual shopping via CarGurus, I h I really didn't have a need to flip vehicles, but I loved the looks of the white Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. After some casual shopping via CarGurus, I happened to find a unit that came close to my pricing standard at Hiday. I then set up an appointment with Brian to look at the vehicle & possibly work out a purchase arrangement. As I really didn't have a practical need for the vehicle, my plan was to stand firm on a low-ball offer...realizing that I would likely be leaving the dealership in the same vehicle in which I came. Ultimately, the vehicle exceeded my expectation & Brian was the most pleasant & knowledgeable sales person I've had the opportunity to deal with. I ended up leaving the dealership with my desired vehicle at a price that was approximately $1200.00 over the number I had planned to stand firm on. I'm sincere in saying that...between the quality of vehicle I am now driving & the pleasant experience I had at Hiday during my visit, the additional $1200.00 was well worth it. More

We test drove a vehicle that was almost what we were looking for but not in the right color. Brooks and the Hiday staff wasted no time going online to find us the exact vehicle we wanted. Luckily for us the search only took a few days and within a week we had taken possession of our new car! Brooks is a great salesman. He kept us in the loop with every detail, and always had our interests at heart. The entire experience from the initial search to the signing of the purchase agreement was a breeze! The entire Hiday staff is wonderful from the people who answer the phones, to the sales and finance team along with the great service team who keep our vehicles running like new. It’s worth the extra drive After being to a few of their competitors over the last few days, we decided that we needed to venture past Fort Wayne and took a trip to Hiday in Blu After being to a few of their competitors over the last few days, we decided that we needed to venture past Fort Wayne and took a trip to Hiday in Bluffton. I could not have been more pleased with the whole team there that helped us out. Both Eric and Brooks were eager to put my family into a vehicle that we wanted and not something that was convenient for them. Even though I was pleased with their available selection, Eric and Brooks went the extra mile to seek out inventory, that they had en route from Detroit that was purchased early that day, to see if I wanted to see one of those vehicles before I made my decision. We live by Leo, but we will now only purchase from Hiday. The hour drive is worth it, we couldn’t have been more thrilled! We need more sales people in that industry like Brooks and Eric that go the extra mile, while not pressuring, to ensure customer satisfaction is met and expectations are exceeded. More
