I was a little timid and nervous coming into Hiday’s, and I was afraid of being taken advantage of again as a young, first time buyer. I met Brian, and he helped me through every step of the process, explaining every feature on the vehicle, what it meant to be certified pre-owned, and compared pricing with KBB and NADA. He made sure he understood what I wanted and why, and he kept the entire experience low-pressure. I felt very comfortable and heard here.
