Great sales man, but it ends there. So I went to HUCS because they advertised a Roush Mustang. I went and test drove the car and liked it. It did have a vibration that I was told would b So I went to HUCS because they advertised a Roush Mustang. I went and test drove the car and liked it. It did have a vibration that I was told would be fixed before I bought the car, it wasn't. I finally was able to get them to have Everett tire center to look into the issue. It ended up being a warped front rim and two tires "out of round" that wouldn't balance. They refused to fix the problem because they said I lied about my trade in. I am not sure what is so hard to understand the car was in the process of being restored?? No biggie, I bought tires myself to simply not have to deal with "the desk". Fast forward to today, the car has no transmission because it quit working two days after I made my first payment. It started acting up two days after I bought the car by flashing the od off light and a check engine light. It wouldn't pull past a lower rpm and had harsh or no shifts. It has been sitting in my driveway for a week now and was supposed to be picked of for a "diagnostic" check on Friday, then Monday, and now tomorrow. I was told the car had a thorough inspection with all fluids checked and changed with tire check an d rotation, the transmission fluid is black and smells like someone had a campfire in it and the tires were bad so I am suspect that any inspection was performed? One bright point is that Gary McGill was an awesome guy, and remains so. The low customer service score does not include Gary or Ramiro, just wanted to add that. I would recommend him, but at this point I won't recommend HUCS until they work to resolve this issue and do so promptly because I have to have this car. More
