Best Dealership I have ever worked with!!!! I talked with Corey over the phone and he could not have been more helpful and courteous. The vehicle that I was interested in was not at the lot yet, I talked with Corey over the phone and he could not have been more helpful and courteous. The vehicle that I was interested in was not at the lot yet, but in transit. He called to check when it would be in and although he was sick, he took the time to bend over backwards to take care of me. He even suggest that JR would deliver my vehicle to my home on Saturday, which is located one hour forty-five minutes away. JR was in constant contact with me when the vehicle arrived. He walked around the vehicle while on the phone with me and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. Patrick called me and took care of all of the financial part of the transaction. He was very helpful. Really grateful that Patrick called me a couple of days later to make sure that I had transferred my insurance, as I had forgotten to do that. JR delivered the vehicle to my front door and spent a great deal of time showing me how all of the bells and whistles work on my new van on. I have never had customer service to this level, it was excellent!!! I have absolutely no complaints, can not think of one thing they can improve on, and will definitely recommend Hickory Used Car Superstore to everyone I know that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. good place to buy a used car I recently traded in my 2012 Acura TL for a used 2010 Chevy Tahoe, the overall experience was good, Antonio was fantastic to work with, always returne I recently traded in my 2012 Acura TL for a used 2010 Chevy Tahoe, the overall experience was good, Antonio was fantastic to work with, always returned my calls and followed up with me, he made sure he did everything in his power to see that I was getting a good vehicle for a great price, he was even nice enough to take me to one of their other lots to look and bring one to the Hickory location from another location for me to see. I highly recommend to anyone, on the other hand the sales manager was a jerk and could use a lesson on customer service, cocky and arrogant and wouldn't let me get a word out of my mouth without cutting me off mid sentence, not good customer service at all, I would most diffidently buy a car from Antonio at Hickory used cars as long I have to deal with the sales manager as little as possible. On the more positive note, I am loving my "new" Tahoe, had my mechanic go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and we changed all of the fluids in the vehicle as they were not changed prior to selling me the car. The Tahoe is in great shape and does everything I need it to do and more. THANKS AGAIN ANTONIO!! More

Some dealers just treat you like a number, but not at Hickory Used Car Superstore. I worked with Ben Munday and his team, and I was very impressed with how they treated me. When I drove up, the car that I came to see looked spotless because they had spent a week getting it checked out before selling it to me. It was a 7 year old Tahoe and they took the time to make sure it was in top shape before even showing it to me. They gave me a fair trade in on my vehicle, and then took the time to go over all of the Tahoe from bumper to bumper to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Great car buying experience here. The guys were friendly and our salesmen, Jimmy Lowe, wasn't trying to push me to buy the car like some other places I've been to. Instead they gave me their time and knowle and our salesmen, Jimmy Lowe, wasn't trying to push me to buy the car like some other places I've been to.
