I wait 10 minutes stil available. Drove 100 miles round trip. I saw the car in parking lot took a short look and went inside. No one acknowledged me. I wait 10 minutes still no greeting. So I go back in my email reply I am here. A few minutes later I see a worker get in the car. I finally asked someone he looked me up and said okay. A few minutes later they tell me they sold it online to someone in Georgia. No apology and a half hearted not full attention attempt to Upsell me a 28000 BMW. Still no apology. So yes no way to do business. More

They sold me a car that had damage promised to fix it If I purchased the vehicle after I purchased the vehicle, I called to check on the status of the check and was informed by a manager that they would not I purchased the vehicle after I purchased the vehicle, I called to check on the status of the check and was informed by a manager that they would not be fixing the damage and never promised to fix it. This is a terrible dealership, and they will lie to you just to get the sale. I would avoid this place at all costs! More
I went to the used car superstore to look at a 2003 dodge ram. I was excited because it was listed at 8k but I was offered 7k so I was at least planning to look at it. When I got there the truck sounded bad ram. I was excited because it was listed at 8k but I was offered 7k so I was at least planning to look at it. When I got there the truck sounded bad pulling into the parking spot and when the guy got out he handed me the keys and when I started it up it had a check engine light. That was a immediate red flag as it should already been taken care of before being posted on their sight but we took it down the road. It did drive fine but I noticed it was really weak even for a v6 we got back and I looked it over even the undercarriage. It all looked OK but all four tires was slick and needed to be changed and the check engine light was a piston misfire. I told him if he would fix the misfire and engine light as well as put 4 new tires on if give him 6.5k it was more then fair for the truck. He said for a vehicle like this when we get hundreds of calls about it we typically don't go down in price and I offered the same to him again after explaining the faults with it and he said if I do 6.5 you have to put the tires on yourself.i was irritated because this once again should have been taken care of by them it's not my job to fix cars from the dealership but I declined and he didn't make a effort to make it worth my time this is the 3rd bad experience with these guys and the last I'm done with chevrolet and the used car store. So after writing a review about my bad experience I had at their dealership, They decided to retaliate by leaving a bad review where my Wife works. When I was notified about what they had done, I returned at their dealership, They decided to retaliate by leaving a bad review where my Wife works. When I was notified about what they had done, I returned back to the dealership to speak to the Floor manager RICH WITHERSPOON AND explained to him the situation and he told me he knew nothing about it.. So he said he will get on the computer and check to see what I was referring to, The red flag on that was I never told Him where she worked so how did he know where she worked if he honestly didn't know , But of course when he checked the review was no longer there. But I know what kind of slick business people try to run so of course. I took a screenshot on my way to the dealership. So i showed him what I was Referring to. Needless to Say he denied the facts. So if you're trying to get a good vehicle I encourage you to go elsewhere, Because once the deal is done they don't give a crap about you. So if you took the time to read their reviews continue on reading the other reviews of other people's bad experience. More

Buyer Beware! ! This dealership does not care about their customers once you walk the keys out that door. Bought a truck for my 18 year old son from these guys, w ! This dealership does not care about their customers once you walk the keys out that door. Bought a truck for my 18 year old son from these guys, within 2 weeks of purchase had to replace the water pump. Within 5 weeks of purchase, find out that I have to REPLACE THE ENTIRE ENGINE BLOCK. Talked to Neil and Rich about making it right and all they could say is "Sorry you didn't buy the warranty"!! They say they do a 125 point inspection, this is either a joke or they are inept. We have now been without a vehicle for over a month as we try to figure out how to pay for a new engine and these guys nor Everett care. Do yourself a favor, KEEP DRIVING to another dealership as these guys are nothing more than WARRANTY SELLERS. More
CAUTION: DO NOT DO BUSINESS UPDATE (October 16th, 2022) Hickory used auto superstore commented on my review saying that they would contact me and there has been no response in over a week. UPDATE #2: (D Hickory used auto superstore commented on my review saying that they would contact me and there has been no response in over a week. UPDATE #2: (December 26th, 2022) On November 15th the floor manager contacted me and asked me if he could help me out since it is around the holidays. I talked with him and told him what I wanted to fix the situation. He said he would see what the store could do and told me that I would be notified soon if anything could be done. He told me that they usually help people who have had terrible situations like this. It is now December 26th with no call or text telling me if they will do anything to help me after what we have been through with this car. 6 months of owning this vehicle has been a huge mess. To start off, the car has already had major transmission issues. This issue was overlooked when I bought the car because it was considered “normal”. Since then, the issue has since gotten worse over time to the point that there feels like there aren’t any gears. After that, the mechanic told me about a bad exhaust leak when I took it in because of a gas smell that had been there since I bought the car. I was informed by my mechanic that the car would cause me to fail state inspection. I was also shown that the car throws codes for the issue and when you plug a scan tool there are stored codes from before I bought the car and weren’t fixed. I noticed a leak in the front right strut within the first month of ownership that was most likely there when I bought the car and has been mechanical sounding when driving at normal speed. The car has cost over 2000 to fix plus more due to the exhaust leak and suspension and is unsafe to drive in rainy conditions. I hydroplaned coming home from work into a grassy field due to the suspension being unstable and jerky even when doing 20 under the speed limit. The salesperson and manager were very nice but we’re very persistent that I buy the car and now I can’t drive my car feeling safe. If I had to do it over again I would have kept my reliable, safe car and not contacted the manager again after persistent texting and calling from the manager even after I looked at the car and decided I wasn’t buying it.
