After the sale. First I'll state that I've never written a review on a business or product. If I can prevent one person from going through then the time writing this First I'll state that I've never written a review on a business or product. If I can prevent one person from going through then the time writing this is not waisted. My wife purchased a vehicle from Hibdon in October of 2016. On the drive home from their lot, the oil light and check engine light came on. We returned the vehicle the next morning for them to rectify these issues. They stated the check engine light was caused by a faulty thermostat and they could not verify the oil light. A few weeks later the engine seized. I called the service department where I felt like they were trying to brush me off. I rented a car trailer the next day and brought the vehicle back to them thinking they would "do the right thing" now that this unverifiable oil light presented itself again... much to my surprise, it took 5 weeks to repair, and not once did anyone from this business contact me. I had to call multiple times to be updated on the status of our nicer newer vehicle. I brought this to Shawn's attention and his answer was they are short staffed because he had to let someone go.. very justifiable reason why a five minute phone call couldn't be made regarding someone's second largest investment next to their home. So after 5 weeks we get our vehicle back smelling of fuel vapor and slow starting. After a week and a half of hard starting, the check engine light came on again. We brought the vehicle back to their service department where it has now sat for over a week. My wife contacted Shawn today where his arrogance and lack of professionalism has now driven me to contact the better business bureau, California department of consumer affairs, and of course retain an attorney. Long story short, I make payments on a vehicle that has spent more time in their shop then my driveway. I do not recommend this business! More

Still waiting!!!! I started shoping at Hibdon a month ago was told by one of there sales associates i was approved. A week later called in and asked what was going on, that i was supposed to hear back in three days. At that point i was apoligized to by the owner and told she would now handle my purchase. Now a month later i had to contact them to find out anything. Worse experiance ever!!!!!! More
